Lacey’s Yard – Guest Rules 🐾 We love sharing our space with the community and their dogs. To keep the yard safe, peaceful, and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these guidelines during your visit. 1. This is a dog exercise space Lacey’s Yard is intended for dogs to run, explore, and play. It is not intended to function as a private event or hangout space for people. Guests are welcome to relax while supervising their dogs, but extended gatherings, date nights, picnics, or social events are not permitted. 2. No fires or open flames For safety and liability reasons, fires are strictly prohibited, including: • Fire pits • Portable fire bowls • Candles This is a non-negotiable safety rule (despite the fire pit in the yard). 3. No drugs Drugs are not allowed on the property. 4. Respect private property Please remember this is our personal home and yard, not a commercial facility. Guests may only use the areas designated for Sniffspot visitors. Do not access: • The house or interior spaces • Garages or sheds • Equipment or tools (including lawn equipment) • Any marked private areas 5. Stay within your reserved time Please arrive and depart within your booked time so we can respect other guests and maintain the property. 6. Supervise dogs at all times Dogs must remain under supervision and control throughout the visit. 7. Pick up after your dog Please pick up and dispose of all dog waste. Extra bags and a trash bucket at the fence are provided. 8. Street Family Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In West Valley City

We are located in West Valley City, close to Hunter High School. Our home is on a cul-de-sac with a large fully fenced area. Gate access for guests is on the East side of the house at the driveway entrance. We do have chickens onsite however, they are in a coop and separated from the open yard. We have plenty of dog toys and a dog dooley as well as a shovel and bucket on site for pet waste. Weather permitting we also have water play for dogs. There's hammocks, kids toys, patio and picnic seating also available for use. Our dogs love our space and we are excited to welcome guests to use it as their own.

Hello! We’re Kate and Bethany, and this is our yard. We have 2 wonderful but reactive dogs and we’d love to help someone else with a reactive bud(s) have space to play and train. The fence is chain link and 5ft high, our girls haven’t cleared it yet! We are looking into privacy screening for the fence but until then it is a great spot to practice with reactivity as there’s distractions but also you can control the distance of those distractions. Our yard is available mostly during our work hours so our dogs are in the house, they may bark, but then should settle. Feel free to hang on our front porch on the bench/shade. Mutton Hollow Tailscape

Our serene Sniffspot located near the intersection of Mutton Hollow and Thornfield Rd in Kaysville, Utah. Our property spans just under an acre, offering a diverse landscape for your dog's enjoyment. We also have a slatmill your dog can utilize upon request. The area is predominantly grassy, providing ample space for running and playing. The terrain is a mixture of gentle and steep hills, adding an element of adventure to your dog's exploration. Mature trees dot the property, creating a forest-like atmosphere with plenty of shade and interesting scents. We keep up on our pup's every week, but we can pick up before your visit upon request. A highlight of our space is a small, man-made waterfall and pond, introducing soothing sounds and a touch of tranquility. Water features are seasonal and will be dry or turned off during winter. Adjacent to our property are some goats which offer your dog a chance to safely observe farm animals from a distance. We also have a variety of gardens, some maintained and some that are wild, adding to the natural beauty and providing a variety of scents for your dog to discover. Our Sniffspot is designed to be a safe and engaging environment where dogs can explore, play, and relax in a natural setting. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend!
