🐾 Welcome to Maxie The first private swimming pool in the area with spacious backyard to explore, designed just for dogs to splash, swim, and have fun! 🌞 About the Pool -Chlorinated and professionally cleaned weekly. -Pool depth & entry steps: The pool goes up to 9 ft deep on the east side, but most of the west side is waist-high shallow water. There are 3 wide steps where dogs can easily enter, rest, or leave the pool. -Dog life jackets in XS/S/M/L sizes, pool toys, and treats available. -Solar-heated by the sun through solar panels, so water temperature depends on sunshine and weather (not a jacuzzi or gas-heated pool). Many guests shared the feedback that the water is warm in summer. - Trees provide shade during most of the daytime in the backyard for guests to sit and relax. -The backyard has a mix of stone, mulch, pebbles, and turf, giving dogs plenty of textures and areas to explore. -A few extras provided: sunscreen, wipes, and dog treats to make your visit easier. ✨ Before You Book -This is a dog pool, so the focus is for your pups to enjoy the water. Even though we clean after every visit and run the filter constantly, dogs naturally bring in hair, oils, dust, and dirt. This is not a resort-style pool for people. -Please brush your dog before swimming to reduce shedding(brushes are provided) 👥 Guests & Dogs -2 guests included with the first dog. Each additional dog includes 1 guest free. -Extra guests: $15/person/hour. If you are bringing more guests, you can select in the EXTRA section when booking. -For safety reasons, children under 16 are not allowed. -Bringing 4+ dogs or hosting a doggy party? Please contact us before booking and we’ll be happy to help arrange! 🏊 Pool Rules To keep the pool safe and enjoyable for everyone: -Supervise your dogs at all times; no coach/lifeguard provided. -Pets & humans swim at their own risk. -No bathroom available, please plan ahead. -No food, treats, or glassware in the pool. -No peeing/pooping in the pool, please let us know immediately if your pup has accidents happen. -Dogs must be leashed entering/exiting; off-leash only once the pool steel gate is locked. Keep the pool steel gate locked at all times. -Keep noise down. no yelling, screaming, or loud music (quiet neighborhood). -Respect landscaping, there are plants, turf, rocks, and mulch; dogs play at their own risk. -Bring your own towels, no hoses, outlets, dryers, or shower facilities available. -Do not touch pool equipment, misuse will result in charges. -Pool cleaning is every Monday, there may be pool chemicals present. -Security cameras are at the entrance and backyard; footage is reviewed only for incidents. 💙 Thank you for helping us keep Maxie Pool fun, safe, and clean for every pup. Welcome! 🐾 Enjoy a private, fully fenced backyard where your pup can run, sniff, explore and play off-leash. The yard is enclosed by a tall wooden perimeter fence with a secure gated entrance, giving dogs a private space to explore. There’s a mix of grassy lawn, natural ground, mature trees and shaded areas, plus plenty of room to sniff and wander. 🐶 Included for your pup: fresh drinking water, water bowl, toys/balls, treats, poop bags and a waste bin. ☀️ For humans: shaded seating area with chairs and a table where you can relax while your dog explores. 💦 Starting Wednesday: a doggie splash pool will be available for cooling off and water play on warm days. Please help us keep the yard clean for the next pup by picking up after your dog. Waste bags and a trash bin are provided. 🐾 Access is through the side gate for an easy, private entrance. Fully fenced with 6 ft chain link, easy access and property hosts always on . **we have now added lighting for night time use!!

Kristyn's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Almaden Valley- South San Jose

My home is in South San Jose and a beautiful safe and quiet neighborhood in Almaden Valley. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac and our house faces a creek with a wonderful walking trail that is dog friendly. There are plenty of nearby parks for hiking or walking right outside my door or a short 5 minute drive from our house. I currently do not have a dog but I did so my backyard is set up for dogs with newer artificial turf and 2 lawn areas. We ask that you please not let your dog scratch or dig on the turf as that could damage them. I have multiple safe watering vessels for birds and dogs. There is no pesticides used in my yard or harmful chemicals. I have an organic home garden. The same thing goes with the garden so please make sure your dogs do not get into it. I have a large patio set with a new large umbrella and chairs that you are welcome to use. There are water bowls and two hoses and water to refill any water bowls at opposite ends of the yard. We just ask that you are responsible and respectful with our things and our property and home. We recently remodeled and one of the upgrades and renovations was putting in the artificial lawns. Please pick up after your dogs and yourself if you bring food or a snack and you may use our garbage or recycling can on the side of the house to dispose of waste or trash.
