Enjoy time at Charlotte's Run, affectionately called the (Foster) Puppy Farm, where many of the dogs rescued by our 501(c)3 animal welfare nonprofit, Mr. Bones & Co., rehabilitate and decompress before finding forever homes. Booking this Sniffspot helps us save lives and continue our rescue work. Enjoy the wooded trails, gentle rolling fields, swimmable pond and Catskill Mountain views. We encourage and welcome reactive dogs who need the place to themselves, and their humans who love them. Our farm is a safe place for everybody, and every dog. I have a beautifully fenced yard ready for doggies to play in! It’s about .5 acre, relatively flat and I’ve got some dog toys scattered about for play time as well. Let me know via message what you’d like me to set out for you - I usually have bug spray, hand sanitizer, poop bags, and water for the doggies. Please let me know what else I can do so you enjoy your play time here! I treat the yard monthly with a highly effective cedar oil natural tick spray, so you shouldn't have to worry about bugs while you're here. :) Don't hesitate to ask for treats or anything I have listed in my amenities.

Park is winterized so bathrooms/available Mid May-October.

Lots of trails - some maintained some unmaintained - choose your own adventure or we can point you in the direction of our favorites. Great if you want to let your dog off leash hike but don’t want to risk running into any other dogs - we have 80 acres and no neighbors and a private road! I have 2 dogs who will stay inside while you’re here, we have a fenced area right by the house we use for them/ this can be booked upon request but is generally just for our dogs. ***STORM UPDATE 7/12/26**** Over 100 trees fell on 07/02/2026 during the Chatham storm. We will be working hard to clear the paths or make new ones. This may take awhile. No chainsaws will be operating when dogs are booked, but there may be a tractor dragging some trees around. Thank you for your patience. 💕🐾💕 Bottomless Smells. 100 acre farm. Lots of space for your doggos and you to roam. It is a rustic magical place. Parking is far from the street down a gravel driveway. Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.
