Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. I have a one acre- fully fenced in yard. There are plenty places to to dig, trees to sniff and often some cows to bark at or even deer on occasion. I have a a water source for drinking for the dog and access to hoses if you would like to bring water activities. I do have a dog, but will be inside the entire time - probably sleeping. Whatever dog toys that are outside are free reign, help yourself!
