15 acres completely fenced in with a large pond (approximately 4 acres), and a stream. The pond is spring fed with fish and other aquatic wildlife. Dogs are welcome to swim in the pond or splash in the stream. The property also features extras that can be added to each booking. Extras include: 18 hole private disc golf course and an option to fish. The pond is stocked with bluegill, sunfish, and large mouth bass (possibly others). See pricing under extras. Welcome to Our Hidden Gem Next to the B2B Trail! Our private, fully fenced dog park is the perfect place for your pup to run free, explore, and just be a dog. Conveniently located right off the B2B trail and across the street from Timber Town, this spot offers a unique mix of nature, enrichment, and fun. Upon arrival, you’ll find a designated parking spot and a peaceful trail that winds around the back of the property to the park entrance. Along the way, you’ll pass our duck enclosure and pond—feel free to stop and say hi! If you'd like to feed the ducks, they love shredded lettuce or diced cucumbers (please, no bread). At the end of the trail, you’ll find a double-gated entry with a separate area for leashing and unleashing your dog safely. Inside, your pup will have the freedom to explore about a quarter-acre of fenced-in space, featuring fun enrichment structures like a dog bridge and stacked hay bales for climbing, sniffing, and playing. This space is ideal for dogs who prefer a quiet environment without the stress of other dogs nearby. While our fence is 4 feet high and the area is smaller than some, it’s a great spot for dogs who just need a safe, fun place to burn off energy and enjoy nature. Hello! We are recent transplants to Jackson and already love it here. We are also new to sniffspot but love animals and would to have you let yours run free on our property. We have 5 acres open for you and your pet to experience. We have also recently cut a trail through our field and forest that makes for a nice hike with a medium amount of strenuousness. 3 laps is about a mile. You are welcome to go almost anywhere on the property. The tree line is a good guide as far as how wide the property extends. Parking: You can park anywhere in front of the garage or if comfortable, drive past the garage and park in the field (see pictures). If you need to pull onto the grass to turn around that is fine. The Barn: For safety reasons, please stay out of the barn. There are open steps in the barn and don’t want anyone hurt. Thank you. We do have some neighbor dogs that bark quite a bit but once you go past the garage, they will stop. Our house comes up quickly, so check the pictures for a picture of the front of our house.

Cassian's Backyard Haven

Cassian, my 2yr old Golden Retriever, is obsessed with his new yard. After growing up an apartment dog, we took it upon ourselves to buy a house with a big enough yard for him to zoomie as fast as possible every day 🐶 There are squirrels, beautiful mature trees in the yard and nearby, and it’s generally very quiet and relaxing. We have a small kiddie pool for your pups to play in during the summer, along with a splash pad. Please use at your dogs leisure!🌊☀️ And Cassian’s best toys are set aside for everyone to use ☺️ ❄️‼️ We have a small propane heater that will be set up inside of our shed, along with two chairs. Please feel free to use these to help keep you warm and block the wind while your pup plays 💚 We hope you and your pups enjoy it as much as we do!💚

Mandee's Private Wooded Dog Park

This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.

2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Yard

The yard features a covered pavilion, a small decorative pond, a hose, and fruit trees. There is a lot to get your pup’s sniffer going- plenty of wild animals grace our spot and provide endless nose enrichment. The yard is perfect for fetch, too! We also provide another ~2 acres of non-fenced in trail/walking path into the wilderness behind the yard. Here you can walk your pet for a real nature experience. You will see fresh deer tracks, berries, rabbits, and plenty to enjoy.
