Non-fenced in somewhat isolated property off a dirt road so very little car traffic. Large open space on a hill with long grass for dogs to get lots of exercise on. There is a creek which dogs can use but please stay on grass side of creek because the bridges are in disrepair. There may be wildlife (deer, turkeys) around. Please don't go down any trails, they are not marked and we don't want you to wander off site. If you are interested in using the trails, please talk to us first.

As the weather is changing and days are getting shorter please book between 7am and 7pm. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have a huge tire and an A Frame ladder).

We offer our 18 acres fenced in area. We specialize in reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. Here you will see no triggers (but a chicken or turkey here and there, which would probably add to the enrichment experience) We hope you can relax and enjoy playing with your dog and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. The back property is L-shaped. The majority is open space so plenty of room for zoomies and catch. There is some bushes, wild areas, and trees to experience new smells, and play hide-n-seek. Welcome! We are excited to share our yard with you and your dog! This is a 0.25 acre rectangle of flat land with lush cut grass. Bring your dog(s) to run, play or train. We provide dog water, a few toys, shelter and shade. During the warm weather the yard will have a splash pad to enjoy, if desired. Please bring towels if your dog plans to get wet! There are cable spools, weave poles, a tunnel and a jump for your dog to use for confidence building and exercise! NOTE: This time of year, mushrooms grow in our yard after rain. These are standard lawn mushrooms and should not pose a threat to your dog other than the possibility of an upset tummy should they eat a lot. We do our best to remove these as we see them come up, but be aware you may see a few stray mushrooms, and they are NOT toxic. 🐾We will be closed 8/30-9/8🐾

Hi! We live in a super quiet neighborhood (other than noise from the highway)! Neither neighbor has dogs on either side, and we rarely ever even hear barking in the neighborhood. It is definitely not the biggest or most manicured property around here but it’s especially great for reactive dogs (like ours)! I hope you can enjoy our backyard! Hello! We have big open yard for doggos to run around in! So much room for zoomies and playing. Fully fenced in. We would love to say hi to your furry friends, let us know if that's okay beforehand! Otherwise, we will respect your space :) - Trash cans are on the outside of the garage on the far right side -Please bring a water bowl especially in the hotter months, the hose is on the south side of the house by the driveway! I used to leave a bowl out but not any more due to avoiding respiratory infections. - Plugs on side of garage and under a cover on the deck - Lights available for the deck and on the back of the garage, by request Please try to keep dogs out of the perennial garden by the deck as much as possible, although I understand it’s not plausible at all times. I don’t mind them sniffing in there, just don’t want any dogs running in there if possible Thank you!

We have an acre of land. The back yard is fenced. So about 3/4 an acre to run. We have two dogs of our own but they will be put up when you come. I provide water for your dog. There is a pooper scooper to use. A couple chairs. We do have chickens. They’re in a chicken run, fenced off. We are very easy going! We have a plastic kiddy pool for hot days and a hose. Hi! We have two Australian Shepherds. An 8 year old blue merle (Elvira) and a 1 1/2 year old red merle (Roary). We are a huge dog loving family, and we'd love to welcome other floofs to our yard. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. 💕 We lived in an apartment for many years with our floofs, so we know how it is not to have your own yard for your fur kids. My husband and I both work in the medical field and would love to allow other dogs to use our space to run and play freely. The yard has privacy fencing all around, and chances are there will already be plenty of tennis balls and other toys around. We also have a pool our dogs love. My name is Lindy and I was a dog mom of 2 beautiful Angels that are now together forever, they passed 2 years apart and with this most recent loss of my Great Dane I like a good reason to keep up with our yard for a dog still. They had lots of fun and exercises and sunbathing back here and they would hate for it to go to waste!
