Please be aware rate is in US dollars. We are a boutique high end K9 Training Centre/boarding kennel. Our expansive outdoor run and additional lawn are often unused and available for periods during the day while our few guests are enjoying indoor play time or out on a guided hike. This prompted us to offer limited by the hour use of our amenities to the public. What you get: -6 acre dog run (Canada’s largest private or public dog run) •1 acre lawn, with drainage (no puddles 🫠) •1/4 acre playground-certified wood chip run (no mud) •Picnic table with umbrella 🧺 •Warm water garden hose wash💦 •Customer washroom🚻 The property is located on an organic blueberry farm so you can rest assure there is no chance of pesticides used on or around it. Medium Yard for Dogs in Coquitlam (No Escape Artists!)

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Figured I'd give this a try since I have such a nice, big, relatively unused backyard! I'm describing it as medium to be conservative, it's about 2500 sqft, give or take. Newly planted fruit trees around the perimeter of the yard along with other fruiting plants including a monstrous blackberry bush that straddles the adjacent property. Warning that there may be spiky vines on the edges of the property! *MAY 2026 UPDATE* The enormous property straddling bramble is GONE, as per the owner's wishes. So while the risk of spikes has gone down, the wall of privacy it created on the left side of the yard is also gone. Less privacy than before, but the neighbors do not own a dog. I hope disturbances are low with this new arrangement! But other than that, it's a wide open backyard, with some late day shade provided by the pine trees. The fence is a classic metal chain link, with only the entrance to the yard (more of a baby gate) and one divot in the back that a crafty (but small) canine could squeeze through (I've only ever seen cats use it tho), which is why I titled it "No Escape Artists!". Otherwise with the picnic table provided, it's easy to grab a seat, play with your pets, or just let them explore while you chill! Whole yard is in eyesight (except under the Pine trees). With lots of room to run and play, your pup will love the open space and the variety of scents to discover under the shade of some big trees. There’s even a small trail at the far end of the yard, perfect for curious noses! For a unique touch, our friendly horses are nearby in a separate fenced area, adding a bit of farm charm to your dog’s adventure. It’s a peaceful and private spot for dogs to roam freely, unwind, or play to their heart’s content. Whether you’re looking for a safe place to let your dog run or just want a change of scenery, or wanna throw a big doggy picnic party, we welcome you to enjoy our property! For just an extra $5 charge, we will set up a fire for you to sit around and enjoy while your puppy is having pleasant adventure. You can bring some s’mores and sausages to grill over the flames and enjoy. Fire on us the good vibes on you, let’s have a picnic! DISCLAIMER!!! Since this space is in a horse farm and shared with the horses, you may see horse manure around. We do our best to clean all up before your visit, however, this a 2 acre land we probably won’t get to clean up completely everyday. IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Fully Fenced beautiful sloping yard with gardens, Orchard, and a small cut lawn as well. It also has a beautiful paved courtyard with a small "pond" (would empty if a st. Bernard plonked down too fast lol) but it is fun for smaller dogs. Will be tested before your visit for harmful bacterial, algae etc. I am happy to brew you a pot of tea or make you a coffee as well. For an additional fee, I can help with training, enrichment, and each visitor gets a wag bag upon arrival with a list of ideas about how to best use the space to give your dog a great day! For an additional fee, you can rent the hot tub for humans only obviously, if your dog is supervised or well behaved. Can also set up a canopy for rainy or sunny days. Just let me know! Yard damage will be a minimum $50 fee for digging holes, and $100 for pulling trees bushes or other plants. It is a very well loved and highly landscaped yard in the summer so its just available until late April when gardening begins! Please feel free to set up your own agility stuff but the yard is very sloped. The wood steps can be very slippery in the heavy rain so please use this space at your own risk! Robynn's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Coquitlam

It’s a fully fenced back yard. As you walk down the stairs that lead past the main entrance and through the wooden gate, you will notice several security cameras belonging to the lady upstairs and myself. The back yard past the corner of the house is not monitored by camera. From the patio to the edge of the grass is fairly small, you’ll notice another set of stairs leading down the centre of the yard, to a mid level, sloped area. And another small path along the left fence line that leads to a third lower level area that is more unkept than the two levels above, it has large trees, blackberry bushes that are very sharp, and I suggest caution for the smaller fur-babies that dare to go that far down. There are doggy-waste bags available for waste removal. Anywhere in the yard is fine, except the far right fence line where my small strip of vegetable beds are located. Humans may use the washroom in the house, with all basic hygiene products available. The hose and kiddie pool is available for use free, upon request. I will be reached via Sniffspot app chat or a knock on the glass sliding door, should you need me. Otherwise after the initial meeting I will be inside, minding my own business.
