Welcome to Gunther’s Run in Staunton, Virginia! A fully fenced one acre property for you to hangout while your dog or dogs run, play and get tuckered out. There is plenty of shade and a outdoor water pump & dog bowls for fresh water. There is a furnished shaded deck, lounge chairs, and a covered front porch with seating for inclement weather. ***please be advised that there is No outside lights on the property for night time, please schedule accordingly. I will be working on outdoor lighting for the property in the near future.

HOST NOTE

Exercise caution to avoid tripping or falling on uneven rocks, tree roots, steps, ground, deck, front porch, leaves, and grasses. There are some bushes that have thorns. Please for your dogs safely keep them out of bushes, because it may cause scratches. There may be insects or small wild animals that could sting or bite. Wood pile that was burned. (Working on cleaning the area up to make it grass) Possibility of a dog getting under the airstream travel trailer. The deck in the back yard is old with possible uneven wood planks. Be careful of stepping off of the deck, the ground could be uneven. Guests assume all risks.

Homemade frozen pup cups $3.50 per cup. Ingredients: Plain Greek yogurt, whipped cream, peanut butter and topped with a homemade peanut butter dog treat. This is such a special treat that your pup will love! ****Please give a 24 hour notice if adding pup cups, because they are made fresh for each pup.

Hi! I’m Stephanie, and I have two dogs Cedric & Kaiser. We thought it would be great to share our fenced yard with owners and their pups that need a private place to play in a relaxed environment. Cedric & Kaiser will be in the house at all times while we have guests. We have an acre fenced in with plenty of space for you to hangout while your dog explores the property.

An acre of fully fenced in yard, an additional acre of open field (fenced on 2 sides only) with large trees, and a shallow river access that’s great for swimming and playing! The fenced in portion of yard also has kids play equipment available, rocking chairs, and a porch swing. A small picnic table with umbrella is also available for use. We do have neighbors, but because we sit further back than other houses, our yard offers a lot of privacy with woods and a field surrounding us. We often have squirrels, birds, rabbits, deer, turkeys, and geese roaming around! Your pets will enjoy the space to run, river access, and unlimited water! And you will enjoy the beautiful views and shade trees! ****NOTICE***** THE CREEK ACCESS WILL CONTINUE TO BE AVAILABLE, HOWEVER, THE WEED AND GRASS MAINTENANCE WILL CEASE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO OWNER INJURY.
