We have a convenient location in Summit just off of Canyon Road near 512. Our backyard is fully fenced, with a play structure for kids and lots of shade in the summer, but plenty of sunshine too when it’s out. The backyard has a gentle slope that’s easy to navigate, we have comfortable chairs with cushions for hanging out. Feel free to move the chairs around the yard if you want a shady spot. It’s a dead end street and is pretty quiet all together. The neighbors behind the tall cedar fence have two dogs that can sometimes be heard but not seen. Lots of people walk their dogs on leashes on the main road but it is not really visible from the backyard. We are located really close to an entrance to Orangegate Park with its newly paved and unpaved trails. You’re welcome to leave your car parked here if you’re going to enjoy some on leash time with your dog at Orangegate before or after your visit. We do not have any pets of our own but do have two little people on premises, please let me know if you’d like to introduce your dog to some kids. My kiddos are amazingly respectful, gentle and patient with dogs so would be great kids to introduce your dogs to if you’re trying to get them accustomed to kids.

Fullly fenced 2-2 1/2 acres to let your dog(s) run free and safe! Water, treats, doggy/kiddy pool and toys to use, complimentary . Covered area with picnic table for rainy days and to get out is the summer heat. There are hammock chairs and benches to sit on at the firepit, or you are welcome to enjoy the patio set, lounge chairs, etc and hang out on the deck. We will have an umbrella up when it's hot out. Lounge chairs added in the summer time.Feel free to picnic! Just take your food garbage with you when you go. Bring a lunch or your laptop and enjoy yourself while your dog roams and runs! Enjoy this beautiful rugged forest on our 100 year old Heritage Farm located on Point Fosdick near the Narrows Bridge. This working farm has orchards, crops, honeybees, livestock, children, dogs, barn cats & poultry. So it is very important that dogs are leashed and under control during the trail walk from the farm stand parking area, past the historic barn to the gated forest sniff spot entrance. Trail is well marked with rope, arrows and signage. Approx 200 feet from parking to forest gated entrance. Follow Paw Print Pallets & Sniff Spot Signs. Property is 10 acres total with Sniff Spot space covering approx 3 rugged native forested acres and backing up to large green belt. Area is partially fenced with six foot welded wire to the south and east. No access to roadways. Partial natural barrier on north side with open forest and deep creek ravine to the west. Property backs up to protected green belt and adjoining private forested properties covering many acres of woods with abundant wildlife. IMPORTANT: Dogs must have good recall and stay within open trail space. Entering deep woods with an abundance of caution for wildlife and hazards. There is abundant wildlife along the deep ravine including deer, coyote, bear, owls, hawks, eagles etc. So please use caution and ensure your pet has good recall when off leash. Keep close eye on small dogs. If visiting with children, please be sure to keep them close. South West corner has deep drop off to creek ravine, area is well marked with a log and no trespassing to restrict access. Please use only Sniff Spot gated entrance/exit, as all other cattle gates must remain closed at all times. Forested space has plenty of sun and shade with 2 human benches, dog toys, fresh hose water, bowls and a stick library, along with garbage cans and dog baggies for cleaning up after your visit. Two vehicle spaces only per visit, as 3rd space is reserved for resident farmer. Please drive slow & carefully on shared gravel easement driveway when entering and leaving farm property. Full fenced .5 acres or more. There is access to water just have to walk to the front of the house and use the house. Please pick up after your dog. My dogs are all rescues and two come from a reservation in Montana and need the space to run and be free but not having a fenced yard wasn’t an option for them. So I hope that my space can be a place for your dogs to all be free and safe!

We offer five acres of partially mowed fields and a natural wooded area. There is a small spring-fed pond and access to South Prairie Creek. Since the creek has a variable current, it may be best for larger dogs. The pond is ideal for smaller dogs who aren't strong swimmers. There are some logs and rocks to step over so sturdy shoes are recommended. We make a constant effort to subdue the blackberries but you may encounter strong-willed vines. Please avoid the dead tree area. There is a shed with supplies where you park.
