CITY OF VVALTHAM DOG RANCH RULES • All dogs must have current rabies and other vaccines as required by local law and wear a visible dog license. • Please control your dog at all times • Aggressive behavior is not allowed. • Do not leave your dog unattended in the DOG RANCH. • Agility equipment is for dog use only. • Please do not climb or allow children to climb on equipment. •The DOG RANCH gates must remain closed at all times. • All dogs must be leashed when preparing to leave and once outside. • 2 dog maximum per visitor allowed in the DOG RANCH. • Please clean up after your dog. • Deposit all litter in trash receptacles provided. Not Allowed in the DOG RANCH • NO unattended dogs. • All dogs must be supervised by persons at least 16 years of age. • No sick dogs. • No female dogs in heat. • All un-neutered male dogs must be closely supervised. • NO puppies under 4 months of age. • NO people food. • NO Smoking • NO glass containers. • NO spike or choke collars. • NO trespassing after dark. The pool is 12' x 24' and the depth ranges from 3' to 6'. This is a three tired backyard. The entrance has a small patio, the pool deck then an expansive lawn area below. If you have a long haired dog please give them a good brush before coming. It will help cut down the cleaning time. I have pet turf throughout the back yard which makes clean up a breeze! I do have 2 dogs of my own so please be sure to pick up after your dog. There is a hose located to the left of the stairs you can use for water if you pup needs a drink. When you enter the property, please go through the gate that is located between the shed and house. Sundays are blocked off for pool maintenance and cleaning. If my open availability does not work for you please send me a message. I have specific times blocked off and can open time slots if needed. We look forwarding to sharing our yard with you, please message me with any questions or concerns! ** The pool closes the second weekend in September. I will continue to offer yard play up until November 1st. Please keep dogs off the pool safety cover! Bookings will re-open in the spring of 2027.
