The yard is fully fenced with 6 ft. stockade fencing on 3 sides and a 5 ft. metal wire fence between the wet lands and my property. There is a huge boulder the one corner of the yard with a flower garden in front of it. The back of the yard has some tall trees and ground cover in places. Otherwise the yard is open with short grass. There is a gravel area under the deck for shade. There is seating on the deck and under the deck. In the summer, there is a baby plastic pool that can be filled with water from a well faucet near one side of the deck.

There are plenty of toys and balls, plus a kiddie pool, sprinkler, hose, bowls, pooper scooper, trash cans, and a great dog house. Great space to host a doggie birthday party. Good alternative to a local dog park. If you don't have a fenced in space, and your dog doesn't do well off leash... this is a good yard space for you. A solution for those dogs who don't do well on the leash and/or pet parents with mobility issues. Available early mornings, and some weekends and week nights. People find it pretty awesome too!!! Update: hose water is turned off for the winter otherwise the pipes freeze. It will be turned back on in spring!
