I have a long grass area where your dog can run freely. The yard is not fenced so I would recommend dogs that listen well. At the end of the grass is a tree area after that is a river. Your dog can play in the river. ( Please be cautious in the winter.) The left side of the yard has a wooded area. The right side has a warehouse so occasionally there’s people over there.
