55This spot was beautiful! The location was very private and quiet! There is a covered picnic table with lot’s of fetch toys and poop bags with a convenient disposal can. Apple trees on the property add to the beauty. We live nearby and intend to visit often.
55This sniff spot is superb! The yard is beautiful with high fences, there is designated parking right at the gate to make transition easy. They also have poop bags and toys for people who don’t bring their own! We will definitely be back again!

It was a gloomy Rainy day today but there’s a super nice picnic table with a gazebo so we stayed nice and dry, and brought lunch, while she played. There’s a bunch of toys there, and nice clean water. Super quiet private space! For people and at directions like I am you’re gonna turn and see a house near the road but you have to go all the way up that dirt road! Will definitely be going again!!

Description

Our fenced in property with a orchard and large open space has been adored by many dogs and other pets we have cared for many years. We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. However we do live in a location which our neighbors dogs can be seen or heard. So if your dog is reactive to other dogs our spot might not be a right fit. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. However, UPS and Fedex do make deliveries so that is something to consider if your dog has issues. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!

Hazards

Sometimes frogs or bees. Neighbors dogs may show up so if your dog is dog reactive our spot may not be ideal for you. Our neighbors plan to contain their dogs with fencing in the Spring of 2024 but possibly will be able to be still seen from our Sniffspot yard so you dog may hear or see another dog. In late Winter to early Spring we like to block our spot during mud season because of our private road and our spot needs time to repair from all the foot traffic. This is also the time for us to check the fencing for any repairs.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

We also have neighbors on this private road who have dogs that free range. So it should be noted that you may see other dogs during your visit.
