55Another beautiful visit! The had a blast playing in the creek. Even got to see the horses today. That was a quick look because they were too interested in running and playing. A beautiful place to take your dog it horses won’t spook them.
55Absolutely beautiful! My dogs had a blast. The side with the creek was their favorite spot. They need a place to just run free and this was perfect. On a hot day the creek was great also. They had plenty of water to drink, run and play in.
55My dog had a wonderful time. She loved the horses and donkey and all the places to explore. I kept her on a long leash around the other animals as she's super friendly and tried a few times to walk in with the horses. There are signs at the gate of each area that explain what the fence situation is and it was easy to adjust accordingly. The owner was super helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back.
55Our dogs had a blast! The signage was really helpful, we spent most of the time in the most secure pasture and just kept an eye on them. They loved running through the creek and had lots of space for zoomies. Gina was super nice and informative as well! Definitely recommend and will be back!
25I'm sorry to say that Gina's sniffspot was not the right place for my reactive dog. He has never seen horses before, and even though they were on the other side of the split rail fence, my dog lunged and barked at them. I was never able to let him off leash due to his reacting to the horses. Also, the pastures the day we were there were pretty muddy, and smaller than I expected. There just wasn't a level fenced in area away from the horses where I could let my dog off leash to run. We ended up going to Delaware State Park and let him run off leash in their fenced in dog area there. At least he got to run off leash for a while! I wouldn't recommend Gina's sniffspot if you have a dog that reacts to horses.
55I love this spot; a donkey and horses will greet you in an adjacent pasture. There’s a sweet little stream at the bottom of the pastures. Unfortunately my dog snuck through two different gates, fences so just be aware. Gina is a lovely host. Didn’t mind that I messed up my times.
15wasnt able to get past the horses that were roaming. friendly, but in the way. nice spot if you get to see more than a 1/5th. left soon after.
55Max had a blast🐾 he was happy to see the horses, since his friends 🐴🐴 crossed the rainbow bridge last year.
35A friend and I brought our two Brittany’s here. The property is pretty and large which is great for my girl to get her running out! We didn’t get to run the whole property since the owners horses were out but this seemingly was due to sniffspot not notifying them of our booking. They have horses and a donkey which was fun but also why we weren’t able to go further into their space, however Gina was responsive and offered to allow us to come back again to enjoy the space. There was a lot of horse poop in the backyard where we were at, doesn’t bother me but it was enough to be noticeable in case it might bother others. There was also a tiny opening near one of the other neighbors driveways where my dog slipped underneath but she has a great recall, be sure to keep a close eye on your pups if visiting here! Overall the girls had fun running through the area and sniffing :)
55Great spot! The property is a bit muddy so wear boots! everything disclosed in the listing description is fully accurate. The fencing was enough to contain my dogs + they have good recall but if you have an escape artist or poor recall I would not go. So fun seeing the horses in the adjacent pasture as well!

Beautiful area and location. Five separate fenced in areas from which you may choose. Some flat large areas for running and some hilly and wooded areas with small creek. All the major areas are fenced with split rail and horse fencing. Some areas with split rail and farm gates.

I have comfortable chairs, bottled water for guests. The hose is on and ready to fill up your dog dish. Plenty of spacious off street parking. Shade options. A large playset if you have kids. Plenty of sticks to throw if your dog likes to chase them. The children’s above ground swimming pool is not for dogs. Please don’t put them in the pool. Also the swings are not for adults, that’s a children’s playset. Thanks!
