Description

Adventure awaits on this unique recreational property. Located at the peak of the prairie you will have a birds eye view of the pastures below as well as beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Perfect private parcel for you and your furry friend to escape the hustle and bustle of life. Plenty of room for running and playing fetch. This is a rural residential neighborhood located on the outskirts between the quaint towns of Yelm and Rainier. You may see the neighbors in the distance coming and going or see the occasional military helicopter fly by. The perimeter of the property is fenced On 3 sides. The front of property surrounded by trees but is not fenced. Please ensure your furry friends stay on property as the local bunnies or quail might be fun to chase. Please bring your own waste bags and clean up after your pet. We hope you enjoy this place as much as we do!

My dogs are all rescues and two come from a reservation in Montana and need the space to run and be free but not having a fenced yard wasn’t an option for them. Covered area with picnic table for rainy days and to get out is the summer heat. There are hammock chairs and benches to sit on at the firepit, or you are welcome to enjoy the patio set, lounge chairs, etc and hang out on the deck. We will have an umbrella up when it's hot out. We have a convenient location in Summit just off of Canyon Road near 512. Our backyard is fully fenced, with a play structure for kids and lots of shade in the summer, but plenty of sunshine too when it’s out. The backyard has a gentle slope that’s easy to navigate, we have comfortable chairs with cushions for hanging out. Feel free to move the chairs around the yard if you want a shady spot. It’s a dead end street and is pretty quiet all together. The neighbors behind the tall cedar fence have two dogs that can sometimes be heard but not seen. Lots of people walk their dogs on leashes on the main road but it is not really visible from the backyard. We are located really close to an entrance to Orangegate Park with its newly paved and unpaved trails. You’re welcome to leave your car parked here if you’re going to enjoy some on leash time with your dog at Orangegate before or after your visit. We do not have any pets of our own but do have two little people on premises, please let me know if you’d like to introduce your dog to some kids. My kiddos are amazingly respectful, gentle and patient with dogs so would be great kids to introduce your dogs to if you’re trying to get them accustomed to kids.
