Located between Alexandria and Annandale, Fruit Punch's (our pup) Paradise is a large fenced oasis near the city, nestled in a cute neighborhood conveniently located right off 395. The yard is full of sticks and fun smells and offers plenty of sun and relaxation for you. Take a load off in our hammock, lounge in an Adirondack, and give your pup a treat from our Sniffspot goody box! Plenty of space in our yard for pups to get their zoomies out! Little ones can also use the swing set, use the trampoline or shoot a few hoops (if they bring their own basketball)! There's a small bench for adults use and plenty of shade as well on hot days.

A beautiful, grassy, clean, safe and fenced-in yard just minutes from Old Town, Del Ray, Potomac Yards and Crystal City! This spot is perfect for 1, 2 or 6 puppies or small dogs! Plenty of parking, shade and seating for humans. Unfortunately there are no lights after dark, so plan accordingly! $5 per dog for 30 minutes; $8 per dog for 60 minutes. A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). Be sure to tag us in your posts on Instagram @zarassniffspot You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were. One of the biggest yards in the area!! A .4 acre flat yard in Tysons with lush green grass and a six foot wooden privacy fence fully surrounding it (with a private entrance) awaits you! Two benches are outside for your comfort, with plenty of shade, while your fur baby enjoys the sunshine. No more scouring for parking and worrying about damage to your car: easily park right in front or on our quiet cul de sac! Be the only guest or enjoy with a friend: Either way, no stressing about big or aggressive dogs possibly hurting yours. Relax and enjoy! Note: Two max people per dog, please, unless you elect to add extra visitors at an extra cost. Limited foot traffic keeps the grass nice for everyone. This yard has always been a special place for our family. Our dog loved racing through the grass here, full of energy and joy. After saying goodbye, my wife and I wanted to open the space to other dogs so they could enjoy it just as much as he did. Please enter through the GATE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE - please see pictures for location. 1b- Please keep dog’s leashes on upon entering and exiting the spot. 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a faucet under the deck and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would be appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. IMPORTANT: ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHILE ENTERING AND EXITING THE SNIFFSPOT, AND THE LEASH SHOULD BE KEPT WITHIN EASY REACH FOR QUICK ACCESS.
