Please message me if you DON’T see a Welcome sign by the gate, that might mean you’re not booked because of a glitch in the app you’re not aware of, so we might be in the sniffspot area. Please keep dogs leashed until after bridge. Don't let dogs dig please. After use of the outhouse, make sure to please put down the bowl and toilet paper lids (so as not to attract rodents), turn off the light, and latch the door. You may visit my goats & feed them. They love apples and bread. If doggos happen to escape back to the front (not sniffspot area), no worries, it's all fenced in. If you're bringing somebody else, please share them the rules as well. It is with utmost importance to take heed and familiarize yourself with the Community Safety Rules below.. only then can you let your dogs be dogs, be set free & let the fluff balls sniff away! So Now.. Go Book & Enjoy! :)

This was such a lovely first experience at Sniffspot! Thank you for the great location and such awesome prep and hospitality! My dog and I can’t wait to visit again :)
My viszla loves to run and explore which is hard to find a safe place for her since she is fear reactive towards strange dogs. So dog parks are definitely out. She was in heaven romping around the property. Will be returning for sure! Great hosts and lovely little walk today. Just a perfect outing ❤️
Juno had a blast, she slept the whole way home. The area is very well maintained and the host is very nice.
We absolutely LOVED our visit tonight! Easy to find and wonderful host! We felt so comfortable and just enjoyed the contained hike that gave us all that we needed! Looking to book our next visit!
So much space for my pup to explore!! Stunning acreage & space provided. Directions were easy to follow & the host was kind enough to leave my dog and I treats for when we returned to the car, such a nice touch! The goats were also fun to see! Will definitely be back!
We don’t go anywhere else, this is our spot!! 🥰
What a fantastic place!! We had a blast with our 5 dogs. I wish had planned for more time. The trails were nice for all of, especially me with a bum leg. There was water and all the good smells for the dogs. There is plenty of benches, garbage cans, cool cabins to peak around, dog agility stuff. Grace was the perfect host. She’s very kind and accommodating. We will make this a regular stop - no question. It was wonderland for our dogs and us too.
The best Sniffspot I’ve been to yet! Grace has beautiful property, the river is very close to the entrance, and there are trash cans available!! So huge. Grace showed me around briefly and even snuck some treats to my car. I cannot wait to bring friends here and have already recommended to several folks with dogs. Highly recommend! Bring hiking shoes
Always magical
What a beautiful hike!! Thanks again and thank you for the treats 🤗

Bison and Peaches, my 2 English Shepherds along with hubby, Brian & myself enjoy hiking up our little hill, mini forest out back & sometimes with our goats. They’ll all be locked up when you come visit so don’t worry. I found out about Sniffspot through Facebook. I saw a video of a couple talking about Sniffspot & I said... oh, i like that idea! So here I am doing the same thing & so far loving it. I love it especially when I see the faces of the parents & their 4 legged babies after the visit, tired, maybe dirty, but happy!
Our property is located off the Burn Road in Arlington and is 5 acres, 1 of which is fully fenced and there are about 3+ acres of woods that have a trails throughout that we are constantly trying to add onto. Access to the backyard will be through the double gates on the south side of the house. Access to the trails can be either gate along the back fence. We just ask that you close whichever gate you use upon entrance and exit. The trails currently are just shy of 1/4 of mile looping back to the gates of the fenced in backyard. We do have a seasonal pond in the woods that we plan on trying to expand access too (it’s a work in progress). The fence is 3.5 feet high split rail with chain link very secure, the back portion of fencing is strictly chain link same height but acts as a natural looking wild fence. Dogs can play ball, sniff around, and run off lease in the fenced yard. Dogs with good recall can be off leash on the trails and run throughout. We do have neighbors where our woods end that are mostly fenced but some do not have fencing (which is why recall is needed). There is no delineation between the neighbor to the north’s huge pasture area which would be off limits. Please enjoy yourself and let us know if you have any ideas to add to the property. The pictures were taken during the winter months, the property and trails are so much prettier during the spring through fall months. Thank you for stopping by.k
Open running area. Big dogs can easily be separated from small dogs and both can still run. Sun but ample shade if needed. Park like setting.
Beautiful large fully fenced ~0.4 acres yard with area for fetch and spots to run through trees and bushes. Lots of dog toys, a chair, poop bags, and water available. Separate entrance from house. ⚠️Chickens are in very secure coop INSIDE the site. If your dog has a high prey drive this might not be the best spot for you! ⚠️
10 acres of open pasture, pilchuck riverfront and wooded area. pasture is fenced with barbwire and field fencing in areas. There are 10 Scottish Highland cattle on site separated by barbwire fencing. Spot currently available only Monday-Wednesday through October.
15+ fully fenced grassy acres, including a pond. Acreage is divided into 3 areas, with gates open or closed to limit or expand running space. Higher areas are drier, puddles in the lower spots. Pastures are vacant through the winter months. Parking is along a private gravel dead-end road. There is a SniffSpot sign on the double green gate. There are occasional dog-walkers along the road, but otherwise the spot is private.
Off-grid Sniffspot location in rural Snohomish Washington! You will have the entire 5-acre property to yourself to enjoy! This part of our property is only used for Sniffspot guests. Would be perfect for those that don’t want to interact with others (i.e. cars driving by, strangers, the neighbors... ‘chatty hosts/property owners’😉). Safe place for adventurous individuals that prefer to explore alone with their doggo(s), a doggie daycare retreat, a memorable late evening of star-gazing, or a safe place for a highly reactive dog to have fun. Details: 5 acres, off-grid experience (no power or running water) with it’s own private entrance. Two grassy sloping yard areas with “Tranquility Trails” that loop up the hill. Secluded, native woodland with mowed grass. There are (overgrown) cottage style gardens. During your visit, feel free to pick blueberries, wild blackberries, apples or roses — or pull weeds — if that’s fun for you. 😉. This location is very relaxing. Plan for a couple hours or more to enjoy the quiet, rural lifestyle. TIP: if you have any concerns about your pup(s) going down the driveway, feel free to close the gate for added safety. Note: We are raising money to renovate the cottage located on the property by hosting a Sniffspot. Please do not explore inside the house, a roof collapse could happen before we can arrange for it to be replaced.
22 forested acres with private trails and an open field area located in the power line clearing. Includes private land access to state forest trails with views. Once you park you will see the trail entrance into the forest in front of you. Take the trail down to the creek. Water levels in the creek vary depending on the time of year. Cross the creek using the foot bridge and head through the forest. In about .3 miles you will come out into the powering clearing. Feel free to explore everything in front of you and to the left (north). There are several wide open grass spaces in the power line to play fetch or just let the dogs run and be dogs. If you follow the power line trail to the left, then follow it up the hill to the forest on the other side, there is another trail that enters the forest. This is all state forest and not easily accessible to the public. This trail will lead you to the top of the mountain on your right. Hiking this round trip will take about 2 hours. Approx 5 miles and 900 feet elevation gain. If interesting in doing this hike please ask me for details.
It’s always been very safe for off leash woodland adventures...because it feels like you have it all to yourself. You begin down at the lower pond by the castle and rock wall, Following a laidback walk in the shade up to the new off leash park. There is bug spray along the trail in case you forget to use some and want it. Please respect other visitors and make sure to put your doggie bags in the provided trash bins, and PLEASE do not put your doggie bags in the fire pit!!!
High Rock meadow is a 2+ acre securely-fenced natural meadow, surrounded by forest. Please note that this is NOT a manicured lawn space; it is a sloping meadow with uneven footing and heavy ground cover. You can explore a network of walking trails that wind through the perimeter forest, while your dogs romp in the meadow and zoom along the trails. There is no end to sniffing material in this 2-acre playground! Again, the terrain in this spot is uneven and sloping, with some steep areas on the trails and possible muddy areas. Sturdy shoes or boots are recommended. Those with mobility issues may have difficulty moving about in this spot. Additionally, we are located in a rural neighborhood and there are times when neighbors practice shooting. This is more likely to happen on weekends, so please keep this in mind when scheduling with dogs who are distressed by loud noises. Note: I use a Facebook page to post pictures, videos, updates, periodic discount codes, etc. related to our spot. Please like or follow our page if you are interested!
