55This was my first time visiting and the Host sent me clear directions with photos on how to exactly access the Paddock. This Sniff Spot is totally amazing!! Thank you for allowing my dogs to be dogs using this fantastic area. Completely fenced, some areas are double fenced. My dogs loved it. I will be back!! Utterly Brilliant
55Great spot as described
55Great space, clean and easy to navigate
55Gorgeous spot! Was great to watch my boy being a proper dog without the worry of other dogs! Thank you so much for sharing this space with us. We will be back 😊
55Great spot! Lots of open space. Super friendly host. We had a wonderful time.
55Great spot, lots of space for good runs. Crystal was lovely and very helpful.
55Love this spot, it’s easy to find and navigate entrances (with the helpful notes and pics I received) and so many nice open spaces, can’t wait to go back
55Great amount of space for dogs to run. Clear instructions and well managed by the owner.
55Such a beautiful place! It was clean, spacious and very secure, which gave us so much peace of mind with the dogs. The owner even took the time to meet us and show us around, which we really appreciated. It’s also so affordable compared to other places we’ve visited. The dogs had the best time and we can’t wait to come back! 🐾🤍
55Awesome, secure spot with a huge amount of space for the dogs to run and explore. It is incredibly reasonably priced compared to the other spots in the area, which are all so overpriced and not as good. As someone who relies on sniff spots to safely exercise my dogs off-leash, I’m so impressed with Crystal for making her sniff spot affordable to people in my situation. We’ll be regulars here for sure. I had no concerns about my dogs escaping as the fencing around the perimeter is in excellent condition with no gaps to escape through. It’s a short walk from the parking spot to the designated paddocks, so don’t forget to keep your dog on leash until you enter the sniff spot. There are horses in the paddocks next to the parking area, which you’ll walk past on your way to the paddocks. Sheep are visible in the neighbouring paddock, which is a great opportunity to do some stock proofing and exposure work. For those wanting more seclusion, the far paddock is ideal and can be closed off from the other paddocks. Thanks for making your space available for us to use, Crystal!!

All prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Note: The private entrance is on the left, approximately 50m before 623 State Highway 16 (when coming from Kumeū Village). Our spot features open grassy space with mown walking tracks, mature pine trees for shade, natural logs for climbing, and a creek/pond that water-loving dogs will enjoy exploring. It’s a peaceful country setting with plenty of room for zoomies, sniffing, splashing and adventuring. There is off-street parking available. As the entrance is on a busier road, you’re welcome to open the gate and pull fully into the property before letting your dog out of the car so you can unload safely. The two paddocks available for Sniffspot guests are completely separate from the house, giving you privacy and a quiet space to enjoy your visit without interruption. You will have the paddock to yourself during your booking time.

Lulu and Tuktuk’s Alfriston Dog Park Our favourite dog park deserves another chapter 🐾 Hi, we’re Matt and Lexi, the humans behind Lulu and Tuktuk! We’ve spent countless hours here watching our dogs run, explore, swim and enjoy being dogs. When we heard this incredible spot was closing, we couldn’t imagine losing it. We’ve done everything we can to secure the property, with the goal of continuing the dog park and making improvements along the way. We want to preserve everything that makes it special while giving it some extra love and attention. The existing five-acre dog area offers open space to run, a mix of long and short grass to sniff through, native trees, shaded spots and bench where you can relax while your dogs explore. There’s a creek for water-loving dogs, plus a shallow water and mud play area. Whether your dog loves zoomies, sniffing adventures or getting wonderfully muddy, there’s plenty to enjoy. We’re excited about the next chapter for this much-loved spot and look forward to sharing updates as our plans come together. Matt, Lexi, Lulu and Tuktuk 🐾 Use our discount code LULUANDTUKTUK when booking for first time Sniffspot users. Note: all prices are in $USD Note: We are in the process of taking over the property, so maintenance such as lawns may be delays by a few weeks.
