The field is mowed as often as possible, only one gate entrance (left corner looking from barn), bench and refuse bin provided. The field is to the left of the barn from roadway view. Enjoy a peaceful Vermont nature escape with your dog on our approximately 15-acre unfenced private forest property. The forest is natural and undeveloped, with no maintained trails or paths, making it perfect for dogs and owners who enjoy exploring the woods and a more rustic outdoor experience. Guests have access to a designated portion of our private pond, including a picnic table, an additional table with chairs, and a fire pit near the water. Firewood is available for purchase, and we can also provide a charcoal grill upon request. Please note that the entire pond is not part of the Sniffspot. The property owners and other guests may occasionally use a separate area of the pond/property outside of the designated Sniffspot area. The property is not fenced, so we recommend a long leash for dogs without reliable recall.

New, fully fenced half acre mowed field. Plenty of space for your dog(s) to stretch their legs and get out all their zoomies! Plenty of toys, drinking water and places to investigate! Fence is 4ft high with wooden footboard. Fence is welded metal…..Your dog(s) will be safe and contained. Park located ~1 mile down a dead end dirt road with minimal car traffic and moderate pedestrian traffic. West side of park parallels road with a steep bank and ~15ft separating it. To the South is hayfield and our house is to the North. Our house is ~30ft from North side of park, but fully visible. To the East, enjoy views of Georgia Mountain and Mount Mansfield (in Winter months). Pooper scooper, poop bags, hand sanitizer and receptacle available but please pack in pack out all other trash.
