Several acres of land with 2 acres being very accessible. Three large fields and a small hiking trail through the woods that loops around part of the property. I do have three dogs that would be in my house. They bark on occasion, but not typically. Once you’re on the back lawn or in the fields, you’d be far enough away from the house you would not hear any of my dogs and I would not be letting them out during your visit.

We are offering an acre of mowed grass area on Shaws Mill Rd in Gorham for your pup to play! This area is best suited for dogs that are off leash trained or for pet parents that have long leads as there is no fence separating the yard from the road. Other dogs and people often walk by in this area.

Price reduced to $15/hour for fall/winter months! Our Sniffspot will remain OPEN year-round! You're still welcome to enjoy the property, explore the woods, and access the lake with your pup. Just keep in mind that seasonal amenities will no longer be available. These camps are cherished family properties, and due to shoreline regulations, a camp lost to fire likely could not be rebuilt in its current location. - Chairs and docks: Being put away for winter. You're welcome to bring your own chairs to enjoy the little beach area! - Water: The outdoor spigot will be shut off for winter, so please bring drinking water for yourself and your pup. - Dog waste: Please carry out all dog waste, as trash cans will not be available during the winter months. Please do not use our household trash. If your pup goes well into the woods, you're welcome to leave it there. :) --- 🐾 WELCOME TO OUR LAKESIDE SNIFFSPOT! Open year-round, this private 5+ acre Sniffspot offers plenty of room to roam, explore, and swim on a beautiful peninsula extending into Balch Lake. Park at the top of the hill and enjoy a scenic walk down, giving your pup a true "Sniffari" experience along the way. At the end, you'll be rewarded with peaceful lake views and a wonderful spot for your dog to explore, splash, and play. Prefer not to walk? You're welcome to drive directly down to the lake access area. The property is unfenced but very private, with the peninsula providing a natural barrier and minimal outside traffic. A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR VISIT - Access road: The road is sand and gravel. Sturdy footwear is recommended if walking. - Road conditions: Rain and seasonal weather can create ruts, and the road is due for grading. - Driving down: SUVs and trucks are recommended. Sedans can typically make it down as well (ours does!), but please use your best judgment, particularly during wet, icy, or snowy conditions. - Lake activity: Balch Lake is shared, so you may see boats, kayaks, paddleboards, and occasionally dogs accompanying boaters on the water. - Sounds across the lake: Sound travels easily over water, so people and dogs may sound much closer than they actually are. - Off-leash safety: As with any unfenced property, please make sure your dog has reliable recall or keep them leashed according to their abilities and your comfort level. - Winter visits: Please plan accordingly, as seasonal amenities will be unavailable and paths, roads, and shoreline areas may be slippery. Nonesuch Meadows Farm

Enjoyable farm fields with lots of room for dogs to roam and play. Wildlife does show up at times, anywhere from deer, turkeys, skunks and porcupines. Our main field does abut a golf course, and often get stray balls fly over the fence into our field. To avoid being hit by one, I’d recommend staying more towards the middle to right of the field. During deer season we do require the owner and dog to be wearing orange, and don’t have guests come on Saturdays. We do hay our fields in the summer (May/June-September) time, and once that begins we will set up a schedule with specific areas that can be utilized.

Large fully fenced back yard with pool open in late spring and summer for dogs. Private setting with beautiful woods views. If you plan to use the pool please add it to your reservation by selecting it under extras. We also have fresh eggs for sale from our backyard chickens. $4 a dozen. Let me know if you’re interested and they can be left in a cooler for pick up during your visit.

Chelsy's 29 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Warren

Located in Warren, just under 30 minutes from Plymouth, and minutes away from the Baker River and other lovely walks and attractions, is 29 acres of private trails and bushwhacking, backed by conservation (also great bushwhacking!) and National Forest after that. There is a dog on site if you’re looking for doggy playtime and someone to run with- or you can venture alone with a small amount of notice. This site also hosts two pet-friendly forest Airbnb’s though it’s not usual to run into others. There is a small-ish vernal pond (usually stays somewhat full all year) at the bottom of the property if you’re looking to play in the mud- if not it’s easy to avoid. There are penned chickens in a coop at the main dwelling.
