ALL DOGS MUST BE LEGALLY LICENSED & UP-TO-DATE ON THEIR VACCINATIONS. DOGS SHALL WEAR A VISIBLE DOG LICENSE & IDENTIFICATION AT ALL TIMES. ALL DOGS MUST BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED. FEMALE DOGS IN HEAT & DOGS THAT ARE SICK ARE NOT PERMITTED. NO DOGS OVER 30 POUNDS PERMITTED IN THE SMALL DOG AREA. AGGRESSIVE DOGS ARE PROHIBITED FROM THIS PARK AND DOGS EXHIBITING AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR OR EXCESSIVE BARKING MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PARK IMMEDIATELY. EXCESSIVE BARKING IS DEFINED IN §214-3.(3)OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF EPHRATA UNLAWFUL NOISE PROHIBITED AS BARKS CONTINUOUSLY AND/OR INCESSANTLY FOR A PERIOD OF 10 MINUTES OR MAKES SUCH A NOISE FOR ½ HOUR OR MORE. DOG OWNERS ARE SOLELY LIABLE FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY THEIR DOG(S). DOG WASTE MUST BE CLEANED UP BY DOG OWNERS & PLACED IN PROPER RECEPTACLES. DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH & UNDER CONTROL BY THEIR OWNERS/HANDLERS AT ALL TIMES OUTSIDE OF THE FENCED DOG PARK. REMOVE DOG LEASH BETWEEN THE TWO ENTRANCE GATES. NO DOGS UNDER FOUR (4) MONTHS OF AGE ARE PERMITTED. NO OTHER ANIMALS ARE PERMITTED IN THE DOG PARK. DOG OWNERS MUST BE IN THE DOG PARK & WITHIN VIEW & VOICE CONTROL OF THEIR DOG(S) AT ALL TIMES & ALWAYS HAVE LEASH AVAILABLE FOR USE. SPIKED COLLARS ARE PROHIBITED. HANDLERS MUST BE 16 YEARS OR OLDER. CHILDREN UNDER AGE 14 ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE DOG PARK. NO MORE THAN THREE (3) DOGS ALLOWED PER HANDLER.
