It has coyote rollers- that roll a pup back into the yard if it tries to jump a 6' fence. I know what it's like to have an aggressive dog that can't be off leash. They can here! Welcome to our home! We have a fully fenced 1/4 acre yard for your pups to enjoy! Grass is well maintained and not overgrown. Gazebo and table seating available for multiple guests. (Dog friendly furniture) During summer months, we have a doggy pool for the pups to cool off. And plenty of toys!! Water hose and water bowl available for use. Enjoy a dedicated parking spot in our driveway.

If you want complete privacy then this is your spot. Dogs run through the woods and get to sniff nature and even go to the creek for a private swim on the beautiful Conewago creek. This is a very large fenced yard behind a single family home close to the end of a cul de sac. Back of yard is up against a small stream and a tree line. There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog! Our farmette is a romping dog's dream! Come to our fully fenced in backyard to let your pup run free. (They may even get a little extra exercise since our yard is sloped!) Our grassy yard is dog and kid friendly, with dog toys, a gravel pit, plenty of seating, and a small slide. Sit with your dog in the yard, or hang out on the small back porch to get some shade. You'll be able to have full view of your dog from either spot! We don't use pesticides or fertilizer chemicals on our grass. Au naturale for your furry pal! You can even walk down to the local creek after for your dog to cool off, or visit nearby Nissley Vineyards if the humans need to cool off. We hope you enjoy our spot!

I am about 1.5 miles from route 283 so if you are traveling and need a sniff spot, I am right here! I just added a very basic wash station.

Our SniffSpot Play Yard is fully fenced in with a 6ft tall wooden privacy fence. We have 19 wooded acres with our boarding facility being located at the South end of our property, the owners personal residence in the middle and our private SniffSpot play yard at the North end of our property. We do have a nice walking trail that meanders through our property but please be aware that our Playful Pups Retreat Staff may be walking overnight boarding dogs on the trail during our business hours. There is a container with a few toys to play with inside the SniffSpot yard but we do suggest bringing your own toys. Please bring poop bags and clean up after your pet. Please take bags of poop with you or stop at Playful Pups and dispose of it in one of our outdoor trash receptacles. FOR NOISE SENSITIVE DOGS! PLEASE BE AWARE WE DO HAVE A GUN CLUB NOT FAR FROM THIS PLAY YARD. DEPENDING ON THE DAY THERE MAY BE GUNFIRE. NOTE: If you want to walk your pup on our nature trail please stop in at Playful Pups and speak to one of our reception team.

Please park at the top of the hill by the large metal barn and walk down the hill on the path on the right to the pond. We are open occasional hours due to surveying and construction soon to be started. Please message me if you have a specific time you want to come out and I will open for you if possible! Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 18 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to a local pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.
