This is a 24 acre property with a rear field that is approximately 5 acres that contains a beautiful, mature 1 acre pond. The Conewago Creek runs right through the middle of the property. The back of the property has direct access to the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail. It is not fenced; however, it has a thick natural brush line, and the other three sides have an older partial fence with overgrown brush. It is very secluded.

Please note that this is a dog-only Splashpad. For safety reasons, children are not permitted to run or play on the Splashpad. While most visits are quiet and private, we do offer dog training classes onsite on some weekends. Guests may see people or dogs arriving, though they use a separate entrance. This is important to consider for dogs who may be reactive. This is a self-service experience, as staff are not typically onsite during weekend rentals. Clear operating instructions are provided to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.
