2 Private Acres of Zoomies

2 acres with 5 foot chain link fence surrounded by forest and wetlands. This offers a distraction-free place for your dogs to get their zoomies on! You get both shade and sun, with grass, dirt, wood chips, (and a bit of mud in some spots during the rainy season). We are in the country, so our park doesn't share a fence line with neighbors. You won't see any other dogs. There could be far away dog barks from a few blocks over, but nothing up close. We don't use toxic sprays, so rest assured it's a natural and safe place to romp and play in private. The 2 acres has mature trees throughout and is mowed during the growing season. It's perfect for throwing tennis balls and getting lots of good sniffs in. You will be able to see your dog at all times (unless he/she is hiding behind a tree.) If you add "The Woods" extra (see below) detailed instructions will be within the Sniffspot park, on the SouthEast fence next to the big red bow.

Update 1/1/25 Two spots available, your choice! Spot #1 tends to have puddles after heavy rains. It’s wise to bring a towel to wipe down the doggos before you leave. We have reopened spot #2 in the pasture nearest May Valley Road. For the time being, the goats are still in the pen adjacent to spot #2. We moved the birds out and are finishing a new goat area. If you want a cleaner run and don’t mind meeting our goats Bonnie, Clyde, and Grommit, check out spot #2. The goats don’t mind dogs too much, but may try to head butt them through the fence if dogs get too close. If you don’t mind occasional puddles, spot #1 is good for a splashing good time. Remember to bring boots and towels for afterward. 1 acre of flat field in a beautiful setting. One large tree in the corner. Fully fenced approx 4.5’ with predator fencing. We have motion lights that come on at night, not super bright but makes the spot visible during early night winters. Boarded by two, large pastures, a private road with limited use and our barn. Occasionally during the wet months flocks of geese/ducks may land in the wetlands adjacent. We have goats, turkeys, geese, ducks and chickens but they are on the other side of the property and should not be seen/heard. We have two dogs, Veles and Flora, that will be on the other side of the property or in the house. There is a covered bench and trash can in the spot, fresh water is also available. An outdoor bathroom is available for use, see map. When using the bathroom please keep your pup in your car. We look forward to hosting you and your pup! Von Zarhoff K9 is located on 25 acres in Bonney Lake. We have been breeding German Shepherd dogs and Training for the last 35 years. Our specialty is obedience and the dogs love to herd. Dogs and livestock have been a huge part of our lives. We'd like to share the enjoyment we've had with our dogs in the training/play room area. It’s a perfect place to work your dog or let them play and unwind all while being out of the weather or in the evening when the sun is gone down.  For your first scheduled time please pull through the open gate with the yellow horse, Xing sign on it & text me after you park in front of the training room. Welcome to Shady Hill Hobby farm! Our farm offers a wooded pasture with a creek (note: during summer months the creek is muddy) that is fully fenced with horse fencing or barbed wire. The gate at the end of the gravel path begins your off-leash experience! Once inside, you'll have the option to take a left to enjoy the creek or continue up the hill to explore the woods and pasture. Upon entering the farm, parking will be on your right. Please park your vehicle on the wood chips. Given this is an active farm with chickens free ranging we do ask that you keep your dog(s) on a leash until you are behind the Sniffspot gate. We have 2 acres of partially fenced land. Driving up to our home you can park in the designated parking area to the left. There is a pathway that leads to the top of our hill, that provides gorgeous views and a wide open space for your pup to run free. It is secluded with giant trees surrounding the perimeter. We had a sheepdog Brutus,who loved taking walks through our property and loved sitting on the hill overlooking the land. He passed away this last year and is greatly missed. We love the idea of honoring him by opening up his favorite playground to new friends. We have 3 chickens safe in their pen. And we have 6 cats tucked safe in our home. Fully fenced .45 acre - 2/3rds is mowed and the other 1/3 is natural. As you can see from the pictures, the field is far enough from the street and house, that you feel you have enough privacy to relax and enjoy the setting. Bring water for your dog, there's a water dish provided. There’s a wet/muddy area from creek overflow by the back corner fence line - so be sure to pack some dog towels. there might be some foot traffic on the bridge that’s many yards away. our driveway gate is by the sniffspot gate, so there might be a delivery driver/resident opening/closing the gate. parking is located by the entrance. the driveway is just before/after the bridge, turn left down the driveway. the parking area will comfortably accommodate 2 vehicles, bring no more than 3 vehicles - please do not block our driveway in case emergency vehicles/delivery vehicles need to access. thanks!
