This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Second area is not fenced and includes two ponds that your dogs can go into, about 2 acres as well. There is tall and short grass there. Pricing is for access to both on the same day. Our yard has a little elevation that adds fun and helps tire out pups without being too steep. There is plenty of open space for running and exploring, plus lots of toys available to keep the play going. Purified water is provided for dogs at no cost (bring your own bowl if you are particular), and bottled water is available for humans as well. If you would like, our own trained one year old pup can join in the fun. He is playful, friendly, and full of energy, making him a great playmate for visiting dogs. For humans, we have a covered patio with a personal air conditioner to keep you cool, WiFi for staying connected, and even a TV with Apple TV if you want to watch a show or play music while your dog enjoys the yard. We keep the space well maintained and safe since it is also where our own dogs play. We handle cleanup for you, so you do not need to worry about picking up after your pup.
