Oakland backyard for your doggy to run!

I have a large space that I am sure a dog will love to run in. In the winter, post rain, it can get VERY muddy back there. Years of dogs running around has torn up a lot of the ground cover and it's now just dirt, which becomes mud in the winter. In the summer, the "grass" (more weeds than actual grass) gets very dry. There are some burrs due to the dryness so if your dog has longer fur they might get some attached to them. I do my best to weed the weeds that produce them, but there still might be some. It's a fairly large open space with a longer run on the side. Also, I want to note that in the back of the property the fence is lower, around 4/4.5 feet (the rest of the yard is at least 6 feet), so if your dog is a good jumper, this could be an issue. The Gulch Pool

Welcome to our dog pool! Yup, that’s right, we designed this pool specifically for dogs!!!! We have 3 large benches that accommodate dogs of all sizes (some benches are more shallow/deeper than others), plus a step that goes all the way around the pool for dogs to walk on. In addition to that, we have a step in the deep end that makes it easy for the dogs to get in and out of the pool! We also have bubblers inside of the pool (the dogs go crazy over these) and then outside of the pool we have fountains that shoot into the pool! This is literally a dream pool for dogs and dog owners! The pool is surrounded by artificial turf and a gorgeous view! We can’t wait for you to check out our pool! A nice flat grassed area for you to exercise your dog. Large area to run or play ball with your dog.Ball launcher available sometimes( My dog is obsessed with it, so when I can sneak it away from her). Or use area for training one on one with your canine. An enjoyable experience noted by all guests visiting!! When you book a time it will just be you occupying the dog park. Welcome!! Sorry, no porta potty available, as it was put there by landscapers while they worked on property. Please do not book the 230pm time slot Mon-Fri if you have a reactive dog. Book the 3pm time slot as I rent the field out to a dog walker who leaves with many cars of dogs around 230pm or slightly thereafter, so that you do not cross paths with one another. Agility equipment area has just been added to sniffspot. Enter through secondary gate within sniffspot.Enjoy your visit!! Sometimes I have time slots available that do not show on calendar. You can message me and see if there is any availability on any particular day that may seem to be fully booked.

Fully Fenced, Peaceful, Beautiful Dog Park

A beautiful fenced-in 3+ acre parcel with hills, a few trees, areas with short and tall grass. Dogs absolutely love it here. Occasionally we’ll see wild turkeys and a few deer (and a gopher or squirrel here and there) but otherwise it is a dog roaming paradise. Easy to pull in and park on the gravel area. I have dog bowls, a few toys, 3 pooper scoopers, emergency poop bags, and a couple of washing stations. Cell reception is reasonably good here.

Poolside Lounge & Play for Pups & Their People

Lounge beside the pool while your pups play and sniff to their heart's content. Read your book in the egg swing or drink your beverage stretched out on a chase lounge. You and your pups are all welcome to use the pool but be forewarned, it is not heated and very chilly until warmed by the summer heat. Some dogs can't resist a pool. Please encourage them to do so with your careful supervision. Call dogs out of the pool at any sign of cold or distress, including shivering, coughing, or submerging. There is no bathroom available for humans. Dogs can use the yard, of course. Please clean up after them with bags provided, and dispose of all waste in the gray tote outside the gate. Park*facing* the white brick wall in front of the house, to the *right* of the driveway. Walk up the driveway past the tent trailer, and enter through the gate on the left. Bring towels, a chucker, your picnic lunch, and have fun!

We try our best to keep the perimeter mowed during Spring so you can enjoy walking and playing fetch. Views of Sonoma Mountain. Straight up the driveway (no turning left or right) dead end in gravel driveway and park in front of the railroad crossing sign that has a Sniffspot poster. Bring your muckers in the wet months and walk laps with your pup(s). Offers different view perspectives :). In winter we encourage you to gear up and enjoy the soft rain. Dogs love rain ! Bring a towel and your boots 🥾 if you rinse your dog from the bath tub spout - please keep dogs out of tub (for people too) and use cold water- not hot water. Thx!!!
