Welcome to the World’s Largest Sniffspot (Confirmed). There’s all kinds of areas to let your dog sniff and romp around! Upon arrival you may romp around in any field as far as your eyes can see. We just harvested corn September 2024 and the land is wide open and crop free until spring! There’s google earth maps showing property lines in yellow in the pictures. An additional nature area for walking is available in the back; however, dogs MUST be leashed in this area, as it is not fully fenced back there. A pleasant and quiet older neighborhood setting with plenty of space for running and exploring and sniffing. The acre sized backyard is fully fenced, accessible through a double gate. It has a nice gentle slope up toward the rear corner where you can have a seat to rest while your fur babies poke around and enjoy the sniffs. The acre-sized front yard is unfenced with a nice long driveway and plenty of natural woods to tromp in if desired. A leash is recommended due to recurring traffic on the nearby road. The neighbors are rarely outside and you will have a quiet and pleasant retreat experience. Water from a hose is available at the back of the house if your dog gets thirsty.
