HOST REPORTS

Yes (Always)

Please read all descriptions. My dogs are kept in house but are excellent watch dogs, so you may hear them barking and 8/10 times you will hear them when entering the property from field one and into field two. Once behind (south) of the tall Arborvitae trees, it’s out of sight and out of mind. I do my best to keep them quiet, but they don’t bother us. Our wonderful neighbor has a friendly big dog (Cooper) who is walked in the earlier morning’s and early evenings, but could be visible at any given time. He resides on the property to the east, on the property with the visible red barn. He is friendly, and will come to the fence line, but I understand yours may not be, so keep an eye out to prevent them from meeting at the fence line, and message me to reschedule for a free visit if issues cannot be avoided.

HOST REPORTS

Sometimes

Please read all descriptions. We have two small dogs, who are content inside. They are likely to bark once entering the property (it will sound quiet to you, but your dogs may hear them), and is most likely once entering field two. If they become a problem for your dog, just show your pup their way behind (south/downhill) from the Arborvitae trees. We don’t mind ours barking, it’s been fine for the past two years among most (if not all) guests. Neighbors have horses which are visible from time-to-time! Please keep this in mind. Two horses are visible from field two and three at any given time of day.

Description

Welcome! We have two gates, please do your best to use the western entrance (the gate on the LEFT while turning off Brunner Road and facing the property. The gate on the right is automatic, and if I notice your arrival, I will open the gate for you within minutes, otherwise, please safely drive to correct gate. There are three fields! The first field is the property you will enter from the busy main road. This is field one. I may or may not have “blocks” on this field for gardening or exploration with friends and family, so if your dogs are unbothered by people (me gardening), please message me and I will open the space for you to reserve your time if you can safely manage your pups in field one (please read all descriptions), or if you would like to utilize the other fields and don’t mind saying hello in passing while you enter field two (to field three, etc.) Please read ALL descriptions (including photos) before entering the property. Failure to do so will result in being blocked, as this is to keep you, your dogs, and my dogs and babies safe :)! I know it’s a lot, but once you read everything, the 100’s of previous guests have proved that there will be zero issues, and I am here to help! Message me any and all questions :)! Return the toys and balls to where you found them, to the best of your ability. 5 acres is a lot of ground to cover, so please do your best to pick up your dog poop and return the balls. This is not always possible with such a large space, but after five or six visits I will certainly notice if the turds pile up and the balls all go missing- just do your best and don’t worry if you lose a few balls lol. Please return what you use as you find it :)! Do not knock on my doors unless it is an emergency (and please do so if there is an emergency). My personal cell is available for emergencies only, and again, please ask if it is an emergency. If THERE IS an emergency, I will assist to the best of my ability. I offer a pet first aid kit (bleed stop, staple gun, antimicrobrial wound spray, etc) with phone numbers and addresses on hand of local emergency vets (you won’t need these, but I have them just incase!) because we live by a busy road (read all descriptions), and there are coyotes in the early mornings and late evenings every so often. I spend early mornings and evenings outside most everyday, and can hear yelling (from past Sniffspot users) to know when something is not going right. I will alert you to coyote activity, and intervene if I hear yelling lol (it’s happened a couple of times, please read reviews). It’s a great spot, and all of this information is to help you make the best first experience for you and your pup(s), for hopefully many more fun adventures together on the property. Thank you! We have 3 separate fields. Black berry bushes are very present in all fields. FIELD 1: Closest to busy road, least suitable for free-roam incase of delivery or neighbor utilizing third gate on easement. I consider this field “the buffer zone”. Best suited for dogs with proper recall skills, best to have pups leashed until you enter field 2 otherwise. Orange flags indicate boundaries as a buffer to prevent trespassing onto neighboring property back into the woods. There are times when I have to leave or enter the property, or deliveries may be made. Water access is in field 1 by the house, and please turn off water when finished refreshing for yourself. Our dogs will be heard from this field (from inside of the house). You will find the 2nd gate entrance here, into field 2. Look for the black garbage can, as well as blue kiddy pool to navigate to field 2 (by brush pile). FIELD 2: the best field! Our backyard. It is completely fenced in, private, and safe for dogs 15lbs and up- smaller dogs such as our 9lb dog need to wear a device (to recall) or a large harness of sorts because fencing is large enough for them to escape through. The fencing is approximately 3’ high, 3”x4” holes, typical cattle fencing. Horses can be seen from this field on neighbor’s property, along with their dog, Cooper. It is sloped, which is excellent for exercise! There are trees blocking our house and windows for privacy (great because of our noisy dogs) and has easy gate access, as well as accessible water. There is a nice view of Mt. Hood on the log benches, and Adirondack chairs, with a couple of log benches scattered around, a few in the lower portion of the field 3 under the trees. I try my best to maintain and refresh a kiddy pool and the water bowl, but please help yourself. Field 3: I strongly recommend against use of field 3 during foggy periods for safety of your pets. Should a dog without proper recall training decide to wander off in field 3, you will have a LOT of ground to cover without much sight distance (on foggy days). Field 3 continued: This is an excellent field for dogs with recall skills. Through the first two fields, is field 3, a property long and flat, one which openly borders our neighbor’s property. You must go through the gate at the bottom of field 2 to enter this field. While this field is technically entirely fenced, the entire property is not all ours, so we have marked boundaries using orange flags, and “Do not enter” signs. Please reference photos for what these orange boundary flags look like. The orange flags indicate hazards along fence line, entrance to bee hives (marked by “Do Not Enter” signs, and boundaries between properties. Close each gate behind you. Field three is wooded, so please note that dogs with excellent recall skills may forget them with all of the scents ruminating from this area. This wooded area wraps up and around to field one if you find you have lost your pup. If I hear you yelling for your pup, I’ll probably come ask if you need help. Cautions: Coyotes frequent this lower field (field 3) on a semi-regular basis, so large dogs with proper recall training are advised only. I strongly recommend against use of this field during foggy periods for safety of your pets. Should a dog without proper recall training decide to wander off, you will have a LOT of ground to cover without much sight distance. Also, coyotes tend to be more active during these foggy periods. This field (field 3) is a split property (2 parcels), half ours, half theirs. The neighboring owners have bee hives! Please be mindful of bees, and maintaining general boundaries (see photos of orange flags designating boundary lines). It’s quite rugged, so be mindful of wild animal scat, mole holes, and uneven grass. There is a digging area here too. DO NOT allow your dogs to dig in the mini gardens please! I have seen coyotes, skunks, deer, owls, a feral cat, and bunnies in this field. Horses and neighbor dog cooper are sometimes visible. Don’t be intimidated, unless your dog has poor recall skills. Please contact me with any questions!

Hazards

HOST NOTE

Please read all descriptions. Basic dog first aid kit located in brown box at field two entrance, and know that I am by my phone for every visit! I’m able to provide first aid, as an unfortunate hypochondriac (lol), I am able to direct you to the nearest pet ER and clinics. Hasn’t happened, but I’m always available to help under any circumstances. The greatest hazards exist in field one and field two. Field one’s greatest hazard is the possibility of an opened gate (briefly at that). Field two: small dogs 15lbs or smaller, squeezing through the fencing, and large dogs jumping the fence. Neither has happened, but I’m covering the bases. Field three’s greatest hazard are coyotes. Coyotes appear in field three in the early mornings and late evenings every so often. Lower field (field 3) is not ideal for small dogs. Additional hazards include birds of prey (small dogs), and general wild animals, such as bunnies, skunks, and birds. Field three is designated as wetlands, so for as small as it is, it’s a huge sanctuary for wildlife (and bugs). Using a large harness or a coyote vest is recommended for small dogs :). Field three is really for dogs with excellent recall. The lower field is divided into two open parcels, half of which is owned by folks who do not reside there, and visit mostly weekends. They may enter the property from field one at any time, and be on their owned parcel joined by our lot in field three at any time. The wooded area bordering their property on the western side of the lot is likely home to coyotes, so all dog owners must take caution. We do have a coyote vest for dogs 16-27lbs upon request for free, just message me :)! Please read all photo descriptions.

Extras

Coyote Vest5 credits

We have a coyote vest available for smaller dogs 20-30lbs. It is vibrant hunter’s orange, which helps spotting smaller dogs from afar, and provides some level of protection in the lower field against potential predators.

Easley Acres Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Vancouver

Fully Fenced
2 acres

We live on 5 acres about 1 mile from Camp Bonneville. The 2 acre pasture has a fenced seasonal pond in the middle, flat and open with lots of room for zoomies, frisbee, fetch, or just lounging and enjoying the birds and trees. Pasture is fenced with 4 foot field fence with electric wire at the top (not charged), and separate from the house. Front fence borders on 68th St. Plenty of room to run and explore! Let's keep the pasture nice, please discourage digging and pick up after dog. My Border Collie and Mini Aussie will find your leavings (it's a large space, I understand things get missed, it helps to carry poo bags to minimize backtracking). For human exercise... 6 laps around perimeter fence is approx. 1 mile, 6 laps around pond fence is approx. 1/4 mile.

Large front yard, gate separates the back. I’d lay on a blanket in nicer months and throw the ball for my kiddo before he passed and when the asphalt was too hot. We’re 1 block from Springwatet trail and creek and within walking distance to Main City Park. Thom Park is a few houses down the block and has a huge and lovely area that rarely has anything in it.

2026-1-12 update - we are in lambing season. Keep your eyes out for new mamas that might be a bit skittish. Also regarding fencing... still a work in progress... been a bit busy! 2025-1-18 Update: The second field is now fully fenced. I'm still working on a few areas. There are some high spots that are going to be filled in shortly. Welcome to Two Sisters Dog Park. We have a perfect little slice of freedom for your pupper! Our property is fully-fenced, so let your dog go ham! As a working hobby farm we are constantly working on the property, but we will always be respectful and give you privacy. If you or your dog wants to say hello or has any questions about the animals/property, we are here, just give a wave or a holler. Please make sure all dogs and people visiting are respectful of the farm animals. We have goats, sheep, chickens, and turkeys fenced in along the dog area. We have a roaming farm cat. We have bee hives on property but away from the dog area. We do have a Rough Collie puppy on site. He is indoors but is 99% interested in running around if your dog would like a companion.

We love our guests and to show it we’re giving you $8 toward your next visit when you include a photo in your review! Valid one time per guest. We make efforts to provide a safe experience for you and your pups. Please return the favor by having a profile picture! Reservations for mystery people will be cancelled. Dogs must be leashed when entering or exiting (no exceptions). Absolutely no digging or fence fighting. We added more lighting and easier entry instructions to make first time visits a breeze even at night. With that said, if you are a new guest please read instructions BEFORE you arrive. If you go to the wrong house you will not be allowed to come back. We simply cannot continue to host if this happens. Instructions are visible to you once you book. Fully fenced yard with short grass. Includes a fire pit and is very well lit at night. Great for a date night with the pups or hang by the fire with a couple friends. BYO fire wood. If you plan on having a fire, we recommend a 2 hour visit! Use hose to completely extinguish fire before you leave. Note to our guests regarding pricing: the cost per dog per hour will occasionally fluctuate depending on multiple factors like weather, how busy we we are, and the state of the grass. For example, In order to give the grass some time to recover we may increase the price to reduce foot traffic. These fluctuations are necessary to maintain a healthy and clean yard.

Nature in the City Private Dog Park

Fully Fenced
1.5 acres

Welcome to Nature in the City – Your Private Dog Park Escape Looking for more than just a fenced-in field? Nature in the City is a one-of-a-kind private dog park where you and your pup(s) can enjoy the freedom of nature without ever leaving the city. Spread across 1.5 acres of secure, fully fenced natural land, our park offers a true adventure for dogs of all sizes. Explore winding wooded trails, a grassy field perfect for fetch with ropes, discs, or toys, and a serene wetland area where healthy little Chicken Creek flows gently through the center. With water that’s never more than a foot deep, pups can safely splash, sip, and cool off. Here, every visit is more than exercise—it’s a sensory adventure. With endless new scents, sights, and textures, your dog will love the chance to explore, sniff, and roam off-leash in a safe environment. It’s also the perfect setting to practice recall while letting your pup enjoy the freedom of open space. ✨ Why guests love us: • A true “nature park” experience, right in the city. • Fully fenced and secure—even for small dogs. • A mix of landscapes: open field, forest, creek, wetland, and trails. • Three charming bridges spanning the creek. • Private bookings mean no surprise dog encounters. •. Amenities for dogs AND their humans! If you and your dog crave more than a standard dog park, Nature in the City is the perfect escape for adventure, relaxation, and play! ⚠️ A quick note: Some trails have gentle slopes or steeper spots, so guests with limited mobility may prefer our flatter areas. And while our field is great for fetch with toys or discs, IT’S NOT DESIGNED FOR BALL THROWING due to the surrounding natural brush. We’re always making improvements at Nature in the City, so you may notice new touches each time you visit! Amenities include: • Covered rain/sun shelter with 4 foldable chairs (extra chairs available on request) • Supplies for your convenience: dog toys, poop bags, hand sanitizer, natural bug spray, sunscreen, wipes, hand towels, first aid kit & even a cornhole game • Complimentary snacks & beverages for both pups AND their humans. • Outdoor seating: 2 zero-gravity recliners, a kid-sized picnic table, a round table with umbrella & 4 chairs, and a couple park benches placed throughout the park. • Fresh drinking water for your dogs • Mix of sunny open spaces and shady spots under mature trees Safety & Security: • Fully fenced with 5–6 ft fencing, carefully inspected and maintained • Private and secure environment for worry-free off-leash play Extra Features: • Night lighting: As of Sept. 2025, we’ve added additional flood lights that softly illuminate the entryway, main field, main trail, and supply shelter for about 4 hours after dark. Perfect for evening visits! For deeper trail exploring after dark, we recommend collar lights for your pups and a headlamp or flashlight for you. • Seasonal Note (March–September): Baby bunnies may be nesting on the property. They’re usually well-hidden, but if your pup uncovers a nest, please cover it back up. If you see a baby wander out, gently place it back and redirect your dog. The bunnies have no scent, which helps protect them from predators, so dogs usually don’t notice them unless they spot movement. • 🌧️ Weather Reminder: Areas get muddy in rainy weather. We’ve added wood chips in many spots to help, but we recommend hiking boots 🥾 and dressing accordingly so you and your pup can fully enjoy your adventure. **Fosters and Shelter Dogs visit for free! - If you have a foster dog or are taking a shelter dog out for an adventure please let us know! 🩵 We can’t wait to welcome you and your pups for a safe, fun, and relaxing nature escape! 🐾
