There are a couple of stairs and a small slope lead to my house and the back yard. I understand the significance of providing them with a safe space to unwind. We won’t come out when you are here without prior communication. There are no visible neighbors or other domestic animals nearby. It’s the perfect place for the dogs to relax and decompress. Enjoy 1.3 acres of fenced pasture and natural area with lots of areas to explore. Your pup will climb over a big felled tree, run around the seasonal pond, sniff all the smells from coyotes and bears that came by during the night, and may enjoy some fetch in the pasture area. No pesticides or herbicides have been used in this area. The fence is 3 feet tall in the lowest area, but the area abuts a large grassy area.  The only domesticated animal your pup might hear is my dog, who will be secured inside the house during your visit. This natural area is visited by wildlife. You may see bear, coyote, deer, and elk scat. Once you are in the fenced sniff spot, your pup should not be able to hear my dog anymore. Paved roads and paved parking make it easy to get to this sniff spot, but you will have to walk across the grass to the sniff spot; you will want to wear appropriate shoes.

Private Fully Fenced Yard in Kirkland

Conveniently located next to a public trail access, and located within private property. The lawn is a mix of short grass and soft moss, this is regularly maintained and never sprayed with chemicals or fertilizers. Fully fenced on all four sides with no low spots\gaps. One secured swinging gate at the entrance. Dedicated parking along the road just before the house and is clearly marked with a sign! The table next to the fenced area has a mailbox with hand sanitizer and other goodies, there is also a water\food bowl available. (I have a hose on the side of the house you are welcome to use) Please dispose of any used poop bags and other trash in the little blue trash bin under the table. The road next to the fenced area is privately owned, so the only people and vehicles that pass by are residents and delivery couriers but they are not very visible due to the difference in elevation. People occasionally pass by on the public trail and some do bring their pets, but it is mostly obscured from view by the trees on our property and separated by two sets of fences. Note that we are within hearing distance from a sportsman club\firing range, so at times there may be noise. Please reach out with any questions you may have!

Once an organic diversified farm it is now being converted to pasture and hay fields. It is nestled on the banks of the Snoqualmie River with tributaries flowing through the farm so lots of opportunities for fun times and lots of running and sniffing.
