We have 2 acres of partially fenced land. Driving up to our home you can park in the designated parking area to the left. There is a pathway that leads to the top of our hill, that provides gorgeous views and a wide open space for your pup to run free. It is secluded with giant trees surrounding the perimeter. We had a sheepdog Brutus,who loved taking walks through our property and loved sitting on the hill overlooking the land. He passed away this last year and is greatly missed. We love the idea of honoring him by opening up his favorite playground to new friends. We have 3 chickens safe in their pen. And we have 6 cats tucked safe in our home. Fully fenced yard for your dog to play in! Flat with mostly grass, but plenty of bushes and a couple of trees to keep things interesting. The yard is long and narrow so its great for fetch and getting some zoomies out! Most of the fence is wood but one side of the yard is chainlink fence, so the neighbors can sometimes be seen through that fence. The neighbor next door on the long wood fence side has a dog an a chicken coop, so you can occasionally hear them. We have a dog, so your dog will have lots to sniff at around the yard. Feel free to sit on the covered deck while your dog explores. There are also some plastic hurdles if you want to try some agility training with your dog!

Welcome! Our place is fully fenced with mesh wire, which will keep all dogs secured. Once you close the gate behind you, the whole place is for you to enjoy, including the fenced-in meadow/arena, front and back around the house. You are free to let the dogs out of your car off-leash. Most of the land is flat and accessible. There are a couple of stairs and a small slope lead to my house and the back yard. (See accessibility picture) I understand the significance of providing them with a safe space to unwind. We will never come out when you are here without prior communication. Huge space where your doggies can play, dog, run and chew some sticks . Half of the land is a forest paradise with plenty of chewing sticks, ferns and trees to smell. The other side is just a flat piece of land, don't mind the vehicles park on the property they are just stored. The land has holes and uneven pieces so be careful when you walk around It is partially fence so I wouldn't recommend it if your dog likes to run away or like to explore. Please park after going through the gate on the gravel path

Two spots available, your choice! No need to do anything different to select a spot, you can even decide when you get here! Spot #1 tends to have puddles after heavy rains. It’s wise to bring a towel to wipe down the doggos before you leave. We have reopened spot #2 in the pasture nearest May Valley Road. For the time being, the goats are still in the pen adjacent to spot #2. We moved the birds out and are finishing a new goat area. If you want a cleaner run and don’t mind meeting our goats Bonnie, Clyde, and Grommit, check out spot #2. The goats don’t mind dogs too much, but may try to head butt them through the fence if dogs get too close. If you don’t mind occasional puddles, spot #1 is good for a splashing good time. Remember to bring boots and towels for afterward. 1 acre of flat field in a beautiful setting. One large tree in the corner. Fully fenced approx 4.5’ with predator fencing. We have motion lights that come on at night, not super bright but makes the spot visible during early night winters. Boarded by two, large pastures, a private road with limited use and our barn. Occasionally during the wet months flocks of geese/ducks may land in the wetlands adjacent. We have goats, turkeys, geese, ducks and chickens but they are on the other side of the property and should not be seen/heard. We have two dogs, Veles and Flora, that will be on the other side of the property or in the house. There is a covered bench and trash can in the spot, fresh water is also available. An outdoor bathroom is available for use, see map. When using the bathroom please keep your pup in your car. We look forward to hosting you and your pup!
