Welcome to our yard! Fully fenced, this spacious backyard offers a convenient spot in the Greenville area. There is a deck with a table, chairs, and umbrella for your convenience. A playset is also available for use in the backyard if you have children and don’t want to leave them out (or if you just want a swing break yourself)! The entrance is the left gate when facing the house. A hose spicket is available on the side of the house near the entrance with a bowl nearby if needed for your pup! Also available is a container of bags for your dog’s waste as needed, just toss in the trashcan on your way out on the outside of the gate! *Note: we have indoor cats who may get curious during your visit and look out the screen door! If this is a problem for you or your pup, let us know and I can try to have them put upstairs before your visit! Our neighbors do not own pets, but some individuals in our neighborhood do. These animals are never near our house, but you may hear a bark from time to time. Not often, but cannot promise you will not hear them!

We provide chairs, hammocks, a glider, a picnic table, kids play equipment, dog toys, water, etc. The park has a slope which can provide a great way for you and your pup to exercise. A nice big area for your pooch to dig is available as well as plenty of spots for your dog to roam and explore. Some areas are uneven and hilly which adds to the fun of exploring. My property has multiple trails, 2 small fields, streams, a large pond for swimming, and a dog wash station! Lots of space to play. Truly a dog paradise! My property is located on a long, gravel driveway (named by me as Maple Gap Rd) off Frozen Creek Road and just a short distance from the back entrance of Gorges State Park. Once turning onto Frozen Creek Road it’s about 1.3 miles on your right. You’ll see a small green sign saying Maple Gap Road and a Sniffspot sign. Parking is available beside the garage (looks like a house). Ok to park behind my silver truck that stays there. You’ll see a Sniffspot ‘park here’ sign, a dog waste station with bags, and a brown bench with tennis balls, water bowls, and bug spray in a storage bin under the seat. Access to the two small fields and stream is across the gravel driveway. My two homes on the property are vacation rentals by owner. If you see guests they may/may not have dogs.
