36 acres of mostly wooded scenic property with half of a mile of river front. Right across the river from Dolly Cooper state park and only 10 minutes from downtown Greenville this property has everything to give your dogs the outdoor adventure they deserve. Multiple fire pits and seating areas, hills, creeks, swimming holes, beautiful scenery, wildlife, fantastic photo opportunities, chickens, 2 miles of trails, and a mile of kayaking/tubing without ever leaving the property! That’s right, bring your kayak and do a 25 minute Saluda river float trip with your pup. Also available is overnight camping via the app “Hipcamp”. This beautiful open space is beside a bubbling creek wtih both sun and shade options. Across the property you will find digging spots (please fill all hoes) mud, grassy areas and plenty of space to explore. There is a water hose to rinse your dog and limited seating at this time. Please check back often as we are in the process of improving the space with additional seating, an agility course, wash station and more.

Huge fenced yard with shaded trees and plenty of room to run and chase balls. I have some agility equipment available to use (nothing fancy, but fun). Yard has leaves because I like them :) Please avoid the area around 10 feet around house to minimize chance of your dog hearing mine :) Please pick up and remove any dog waste and trash from your visit. Poo bags and toys are usually provided for reservations made 24 hours in advance, and I will try my best to make sure last minute reservations have fun goodies too :)

We have a fenced in backyard that we would love to share with our neighbors! While it may not be huge, there is a lot we can offer as spring approaches. I will also consider hourly dog sitting (no indoors) should our dogs play nicely together, because I work from home. For rental, I'm happy to provide my yard without interference from my family/dog.
