The City of Eureka is not responsible to injuries to you or your",dog(s).,"- Limit (3) dogs per handler in the off-leash area. - All dogs must be spayed or neutered. - No one may conduct any kind of fundraising, commercial or professional business in the dog park without approval from the Director of Parks and Recreation. - Dog handlers/owners must be 16 years of age. Children under the age of 16 must be under direct supervision of an adult. - No other animals other than dogs are allowed inside the fenced areas. - Dogs must be under visual and voice control at all times. Excessive barking or uncontrollable dogs must be removed immediately. - Owners must closely supervise their dog(s) and at no time may they leave the fenced area without their",dog(s).,"- Gates must be closed except when entering or exiting the off-leash area. - All dogs must be on a leash while entering and exiting the dog park. Keep your dog on-leash until inside the fenced area. Carry leash with you at ALL times. - All dogs must have a collar or harness on at all times while in the fenced area. Pinch, spike and choke collars must be removed prior to entering the fenced off-leash area. - Owners must stop dogs from any destructive behavior such as chewing on equipment or digging, and must fill any holes caused by their dog(s). - Dog owners/handlers are responsible for picking up and disposing of all their dog’s waste. Doggie waste bags are provided throughout the park. - Hours of usage are from sunrise to sunset (same as park hours). - Do not allow your dog(s) to pester or mount other dogs. - Sharing the lock combination with non-members will lead to immediate revocation of dog park
