I am a dog lover currently without a dog. So someone’s pupper should take advantage of the fenced yard and quiet neighborhood. Come over, let your furry baby run around and go home tuckered out. Come over for some doggone fun for both yourself and your furry friend. Run around in the partially shaded yard with your fur baby, read a book in the hammock or catch up on some work under the gazebo. The deck features a table for 6 and there is plenty of comfortable seating under the gazebo. There are two fire pits and a heat lamp which provides plenty of heat in the fall and winter months. This property is a fully operational chestnut farm that doubles as a dog park in the off season. We live in a quiet neighborhood in St Ann. We have two driveways so the one pictured will be private for you and has access immediately to the back yard. There a covered carport with some seating, and lots of grass to explore! It is often very shaded due to our two large sugar maples in the back. We will make sure our dog is upstairs where he can’t see you guys during the booking, so you won’t get barked at. Or we could do a puppy play date.

This is a privately owned empty residential lot (not a backyard) however there is a neighbor next to the property with a driveway in between. Property is a “pie shape” approximately 2,000 sqft. Fenced section is approximately 130’L with one end at 30’W and the other end at 6’. Entrance is at the corner of Atalanta Avenue and Glen Road. Street parking is on Glen Road (long fence side). The city does not allow signs (see photos for more clarification). This is a residential neighborhood; you will most likely see other people and dogs during your visit but not in the park with you. This is a self regulated private dog park / dog run similar to a regular dog park. There is not water on site however a bowl will be left on site (typically inside the toy box to keep it clean). A pet waste station is available along with a “used” poop bag bucket, trash receptacle, and some dog toys. Please remember to clean up after your dogs, put away toys, and throw away trash. Pesticide free - consider bringing bug spray. To keep moles away, mole spikes that vibrate in the ground are in use and you can hear a buzzing noise. The sand pit / tire area is for digging - please try to keep all digging isolated to the designated area only and try to fill in any holes dug by your dog outside of the pit area. Sun sail is up during spring/summer months only - that’s what the poles are for - no climbing please (currently the sun sail is not being used per the city requests). Patio umbrellas can be lifted up (use crank) during your visit and MUST BE RETRACTED and use the secure strap at the end of your visit (please use common sense and do not put the umbrellas up if it’s super windy). There is a 5 dog max. We prefer no more than 3 humans to 1 dog. If you are considering a dog birthday party or larger social meetup, please contact us before booking. We are also open to happy hour social gatherings, yoga, painting, and other type of events; please contact us to discuss. Please note. This park is for dogs to enjoy. This park is NOT a playground for kids/adults. The obstacles, agility equipment, and toys are for the dogs. Humans should not be climbing on the equipment or mis-using the toys. The neighbor does not want toys or tennis balls hitting their vehicles. If we see this type of behavior or rules not being followed, you will potentially be banned from future reservations. *Please understand this is mostly a self-regulated dog run/park. You MUST cleanup after your dog. However sometimes poop gets missed and I give everyone the benefit of the doubt it’s not done intentional. We want all visitors to have a great experience at K9 Corner.* **This spot is not a business to make money for profit. The wild growth area has lots of scents to explore. The growth covers the view of the fence, but it is there. Ok for dogs, but humans should be cautious.
