1 Acre Partially Fenced Private Hill & Woods with creek access In Charlottesville
Come explore our private, dog-friendly hillside five houses over the city limits of Charlottesville. We’ve got a little over 2 acres, with a mix of open yard, shaded woods, and a trail down to Moore’s Creek. The main area is a large, steep hill that’s perfect for dogs who love to run and fetch (and great for humans who prefer to stay at the top while the pup does the work)! There’s also a small fenced-in spot behind the house, accessed by a short, steep path—flat and sunny, ideal for a quick off-leash break. Our property is steep overall, with just a small flat area near the house and creek. There is a trail that leads to a small, flat area near the creek if your dog likes water. Just across the creek is the Rivanna Trail. The rest of the property near the creek is wild and mostly inaccessible, but the woods and hill offer plenty of space to roam. We don’t currently have pets, but occasional dog walkers pass by on the gravel road. Dogs on the Rivanna Trail across the creek can sometimes be seen or heard, but our spot feels quiet and tucked away. We hope to see you soon!
