I do have a dog named Gus that absolutely loves to play if your pup wants a playmate, he does however socialize at daycare. Toys can be provided also. Looking forward to see your pup have a blast!

Access via gate on the left side of the house. Please park on right side of the driveway or on the street. Small backyard in a quiet neighborhood. Fully fenced in. There is a hose and a small kiddie pool. Lots of balls and some other toys for your dog(s) to play with. I have a deck with a lawn chair with an outlet by the door. Wifi can be used. The gate is janky so please make sure it is closed all the way. I will be fixing it soon. It works, just not the best.

All Breed Rescue & Training is a non-profit organization that helps dogs that were deemed unadoptable for whatever reason and were facing euthanasia. We are also a Training Facility where people can learn to train their pups! We teach anything from Basic Obedience and Puppy socialization classes to more Advanced classes and even some fun classes like Nose Work. We also offer behavior training to help those who have dogs that struggle with behavioral issues. If you are interested in training please reach out to us on our website haveanicedog.org We have three spaces available for renting! The Canine Lifestyle Center (CLC) A tenth of an acre is perfect for agility or for an indoor place to run and play, away from distractions, and with a private bathroom you won't need to leave the space well here! Training Room West This space is smaller and less private but a great space for those with people loving dogs or those wanting to work on their pup's training privately who may lose focus on you when others are around! Behavior Room This space is a similar size to our Training Room West but is a private space with its own entrance and easy access to the front office if you need to use the bathroom or have a question! This space is climate-controlled and a nice space to play or practice with a small agility course or even introduce your pup to new games such as Nose Work! No One will enter the room you book unless you specifically ask for someone to come in. You will have the space completely to yourself until your booked time is over. Please let us know what space you would like to use when booking by adding your room choice to the "add a note to your host" and stating Canine Lifestyle Center, Training Room West, or Behavior Room. You may also request any amenities we offer to be in that space before you arrive. Val's 40 acre doggy paradise

40 acres of wildflowers and natural grasses with a natural spring-fed creek, sandy beaches and rolling hills. Fenced along the highway, and on either side, but open everywhere else! I recommend a long leash or lead for escape artists, as the fence is meant for livestock and will not keep in a determined doggo! Come dip your toes in moving stream and check out our seasonal pond with stunning views of Pikes Peak. Ultra private, neighbors would need binoculars to see you! Quick and easy access off the highway, park in the grass next to the red chair and explore with your pup. Parking area is shown in last photo, please do not cross the bridge with your vehicle! Watch for seasonal cacti and burrs and please pick up after your doggo if it’s in a visible area of the trail. We want it to be an enjoyable experience for everyone! Hiking books are recommended - Trail is mowed, but we still have lots of Colorado terrain and mud! ☺️ Thank you!
