**We will be closing our sniffspot June 20th as we will be moving July 1st. It is very bittersweet as this has been one of the most fun adventures I've ever had! The response has been amazing and I hope to come back and do this again someday! Stay tuned!! If you need more than an hour, please message me. I offer 1/2-hour blocks between swims to clean the pool. If you don't see a slot that works for you, please message me so I can work with you and our schedules. Want to throw a puppy pool party? Message me for more details!! We live on a 6-acre property, of which about 2 acres b/w the front yard and backyard are fully fenced in. In the privacy fenced backyard, we have an in-ground pool that is dog friendly from May-late Oct. Oct-May the front & back yards are available for lots of room to run! We live out in East Parker, and it feels like out in the country. We have 2 dogs of our own. 1 is a black lab and 1 a mutt. Owning labs for over 20 years, is how we became passionate about opening our pool to other dogs who love to swim! We do keep our pups securely in the house or sometimes leave the house if requested. Also feel free to send messages about off hours as we may approve them if given enough notice. Note: I leave at least 30 minutes between bookings to assure there are no run ins. We have horses for neighbors and great views. Come enjoy some relaxion and wear out your pup at the same time! We keep the hot tub open year-round which can be added as an extra! Need some socialization? We have a very friendly Black lab named Kennedy that you can borrow for free! She loves to be chased, and she has been known to help dogs swim but showing them the ropes! All Breed Rescue & Training is a non-profit organization that helps dogs that were deemed unadoptable for whatever reason and were facing euthanasia. We are also a Training Facility where people can learn to train their pups! We teach anything from Basic Obedience and Puppy socialization classes to more Advanced classes and even some fun classes like Nose Work. We also offer behavior training to help those who have dogs that struggle with behavioral issues. If you are interested in training please reach out to us on our website haveanicedog.org We have three spaces available for renting! The Canine Lifestyle Center (CLC) A tenth of an acre is perfect for agility or for an indoor place to run and play, away from distractions, and with a private bathroom you won't need to leave the space well here! Training Room West This space is smaller and less private but a great space for those with people loving dogs or those wanting to work on their pup's training privately who may lose focus on you when others are around! Behavior Room This space is a similar size to our Training Room West but is a private space with its own entrance and easy access to the front office if you need to use the bathroom or have a question! This space is climate-controlled and a nice space to play or practice with a small agility course or even introduce your pup to new games such as Nose Work! No One will enter the room you book unless you specifically ask for someone to come in. You will have the space completely to yourself until your booked time is over. Rolling hills, patches of short and tall grass & a sandy area give your pup plenty of variety to roam and investigate. This private space is also a great fit for reactive dogs or those who need a calm, low-traffic environment. Street parking is available near the entrance and a two-gate entry system provides an added layer of security - allowing you to enter at your own pace and help your dog transition calmly into the space. As you come through the gate, you'll find a covered canopy and welcome station with fresh water, clean bowls, poop bags, toys and towels - everything you need for a comfortable visit.
