Very convenient to Highway 153 at the Bonny Oaks exit. It's a quiet neighborhood, with lots of mature trees for shade. Please park to the right hand side of the house which is where the gate is located by the motorhome. There are fenced dogs across the street, but none to the left, to the right, nor behind my house. My cat has freedom to roam via her pet door, so you might see Fluffy around. She will let you pick her up and enclose her into the back porch, if you want to. Just latch the screen door (if you don't want her to potentially interact with your dog) then open it back up again before you drive away. The hill is great for exercise! You're welcome to have a seat at the table, or start up a fire in the solo stove. An outdoor shower isn't ready for human use, but fine to bathe your dog in! Enjoy!

So make sure your being responsible After dark there are owls and cyotes they can come in the fence you need to be with your dog at all times the patio is not for guest or dogs. And damage done your expense to replace plz be respectful of the people living in the house.

Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced, over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (1/1/2025 OUR POOL IS DOWN FOR RENOVATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE 😭) (dogs allowed to swim in the pond and as soon as the pool is back up, duh!). Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 3 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! Large backyard that backs up to Peavine Creek. Creek is about 4’ in its deepest areas. Large trails allow you to walk along creek and there’s even a “beach” are where dogs and humans can play in shallow water!!! Perfect for walking or just playing in the woods. Dog leash is required for aggressive dogs or if other dogs are in the same area. This is in a neighborhood, but no dogs are running around. Might see a cat or two though. Old Mill Trace Subdivision is convenient to I-75, Costco (Ringgold) and I can be at the TN state line in less than 2 miles. Just off Battlefield Parkway (exit 350).

Our corgis also agreed to share some of their favorite toys: tennis balls. Please pick up after your pet. A trash can is located by the back of the house. We hope you both have fun! Parking: You can pull up to the left of the house and park over the gravel area. You’ll see a SniffSpot sign on the gate door you’ll use to get in.
