This was a really fun and pretty spot with a pond, pool, lots of room to run, and horses! I would definitely come back. Please be aware if your dog is reactive, the hosts did come out to meet and interact with us and their dogs were easily visible behind big glass doors. My dog is friendly so this was fine for us and the host Heather was very nice and welcoming. Also horses means horse poop so watch out for that!
55Beautiful property, the horses are very relaxed and great with cautious dogs. Water was provided and our dogs were allowed in the pool. We brought camping chairs and hung out under some trees in the back area while our dogs explored. 10/10Jonathan H.

Amazing place to let your pups roam and explore. Our 1 year old pup even taught herself to swim in the pond! I have never seen our pups so happy, and trust me they live like royalty! The horses were so sweet and gentle with our pups who have never seen horses. The hosts are truly amazing and accommodating! I honestly think they are under-charging! We will be back!

55We were taking our dogs to the dog park until there was a recent outbreak of kennel cough. Kathy’s backyard has been perfect for them to get 2 hours of ball time in. She left out chairs for us, poop bags, and a water bowl full of water. Her yard is in a nice quiet area as well, and we got to watch the deer roam just outside the yard. One tip. When you get to the house, there’s a gate on the left side of the house. Pull your car into the grass, manually open up the gate, and pull your car through. Sarah W.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
