Jillian's Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Lynnwood

Welcome to our Sniffspot! It’s a large, over 1/4 acre of fenced grassy pasture that feels secluded from the main property with plenty of trees to offer privacy. This is a space occasionally shared with our goats and cow and while we do our best to ensure the space is fully scooped in between sniffspot use and livestock use it’s possible you’ll find evidence of this. Part of the Sniffspot has tall grass and the rest of the space has shorter grass with the occasional dirt patch for digging and rolling around in. With enough space for playing fetch or frisbee, too, there’s a little something for everyone. There’s a large bucket of water and a spigot nearby if needed. If you’re looking for a grassy, secluded space with lots of sniffs to offer then you’ve come to the right place. Please note that our property can be difficult to find from the main road. Our house # sign is posted on a tree right outside the driveway and we have a lovely Japanese maple off the street.

Welcome! Our place is fully fenced with mesh wire, which will keep all dogs secured. You can drive in, close the gate and let the dogs off leash from your car. The whole 3-acre is for you to enjoy, including the fenced-in meadow/arena, front and back around the house. Most of the land is flat and accessible. There are a couple of stairs and a small slope lead to my house and the back yard. I understand the significance of providing them with a safe space to unwind. We won’t come out when you are here without prior communication. There are no visible neighbors or other domestic animals nearby. It’s the perfect place for the dogs to relax and decompress. Hidden Lake is private and secluded. Enjoy a swim in the lake, or the fully fenced pasture with walking trails. We are in the country and you may hear some country sounds during your visit. Please keep in mind that Phone reception may be spotty. We are happy to share our property, but please understand there’s many different wildlife that passes through here. If you are sensitive to Wildlife poop, please reconsider. Also, it is the PNW, so like most places with lots of grass, it gets very wet and sometimes soggy. Boot up.

Riverview Loop

A Pacific Forestlands loop with beautiful views of the South fork of the Stilliguamish River. A loop in the woods with views rarely seen. Enjoy the seasonal creek and PNW fauna and feel free to make the area yours. Please note we have two separate SniffSpot listings so be sure to double check you are right the correct location upon arrival. The Riverview loop is the spot located on the east side of the road.
