An acre of fully fenced in yard, an additional acre of open field (fenced on 2 sides only) with large trees, and a shallow river access that’s great for swimming and playing! The fenced in portion of yard also has kids play equipment available, rocking chairs, and a porch swing. A small picnic table with umbrella is also available for use. We do have neighbors, but because we sit further back than other houses, our yard offers a lot of privacy with woods and a field surrounding us. We often have squirrels, birds, rabbits, deer, turkeys, and geese roaming around! Your pets will enjoy the space to run, river access, and unlimited water! Take advantage of a fully fenced 1 acre yard for your pooch to run freely and explore with interactive power toys, balls, a water hose, shaded areas, a rope to swing from and pull on and even a spayed super sweet and well- socialized potential play date named KoCo who is almost 2 years old (play dates have to be requested in advance and monitored). There is a separate cooling area with AC for breaks, if needed when the host is available.
