Hello! My name is Katie and we are so excited to offer our yard space to your furry best friend. My family has lived in an apartment the last two years while house hunting in Crozet, and we have learned how difficult it is to have dogs without access to a yard. Now that we are settling into our new home, we are excited to offer our space for afternoon fetch, morning zoomies, and just lounging in the sunshine. Animals just make the world a better place. You will always have complimentary access to our hammock and swing gazebo but the use of the Solo Stove is an additional fee. Come enjoy some nature time in our yard in Crozet. :) Arrival Notes: When you arrive you can park anywhere on our gravel drive away. The gate to the right of the house that goes into our garden is where you will enter. Our sunflowers are dead and an eye sore right now, but I’m letting the birds and squirrels finish up their feast of seeds. This “holding” area in the garden gives you a chance to triple check there are no lingering guests or animals in the yard. Once you are in our backyard please shut the gate behind you. Most guests enjoy hanging out in the firepit area where there are hammock swings and seating. Along the fence, you will see a spot for water, toys, and other things I thought you may need. We ask that guests not utilize our small deck near the house, so that our dogs don’t bark and disturb their stay! So far all of our guests have come a second time, so if you end up booking again, I’d love any feedback on how to make your visit extra special. A safe, country 300+ acre farm that neighbors call LabLand:). ADDRESS We have a creek, & vacant, WELL fenced field for non aggressive dogs. We have hundreds of sheep so we gotta move sheep off adjacent pasture before you come so call evening ahead so we can prepare for your visit. We work 1 day out from a reservation. The property is at the end of a 0.8 mile gravel driveway. There are paths around the property in the woods and a field for ball chasing. It’s very far from a main road and safe for running off leash.

Conveniently located off of 250 and 29, near Stonefield. This yard features 6500 Sq. Ft of fully fenced in area. Fence is 6’ high and also dug into the ground. Water play available in-season only. Outdoor seating for humans and raised and shaded dog bed available for breaks. Fetch! Pet Care of Charlottesville offers personalized in-home pet care services from 30 min. visits to 24-hr overnight care in the client’s home. We also offer private in-home boarding. When our owner’s property is not booked for boarding, the yard is available to book for use on Sniff Spot.

A 26 acre forest oasis with a stream sometimes flowing through the center. Over a mile of flagged, cleared trails for you and your pooch to get some exercise and lots of interesting sniffs! Stoney Run, a small stream, traverses the property, and is accessible from several trail locations. As a circuit you will walk over a couple of miles just on the trail. The rest of the 26 acres is also free to roam, but typically tree covered. The farm animals are fenced in an acre area. Our dogs can easily be put inside and our Pyrenees detained, if your pooch isn’t interested or ready for that sort of interaction. Typically our big guy, Titan, is a wonderful part of our visiting dog’s experience. But that will be left entirely up to you. You can hit the trails and chase some squirrels. Our beautiful, forested Shenandoah Valley parcel will be yours to sniff about freely.

A huge fully fenced in yard to let your dog run, rest, play, and recharge. Come hang out in a quiet neighborhood with scenic views while you and your dog enjoy a safe space outdoors.

Waterfront property at lake anna with plenty of lounge chairs at the beach. There is parking at the first entrance inside the fence line. Do not park in the main driveway. There is also a water hose outside the house at the main entrance walkway. The beach is my private beach and the two story dock as well and over half acre of grass for dogs to run around. There is one fence alongside the far side of the property and park inside the fence line inside the property. I only have one neighbor that sits up close to the road on the opposite side of the beach and dock and is a great area for dogs to run around and play or jump off dock or swim at the beach. You must bring your own pick up bags and take with you and please bring a dog bowl for water as well. They may not roam off the property. I do not allow pit bulls on the property due to insurance.

I have 3.8 acres of woods and open yard on a private lake.If your dog will jump in...i provide a hose to rinse your dog off before leaving.I must be here if your dog swims.I also have large covered pavilion over looking the lake.It has a fireplace and table and chairs and screened in.You can have a picnic while your dog plays.All I ask is you clean up after yourself while on property.Bring towels and soap if you let dog swim.Youll want to wash he or she off.price is $10.00 per hour and maximum is 3 hours.

I've got about an acte,across the road from 2 gas stations,depending on the time of day they have food to order that's pretty good...I am a hop literally off 29 north,I can see the highway from my porch. Great place to walk the doggos while your traveling through, just stop on over and check this yard out,plus,I live at the bottom of a culdesac,neighbors are super friendly
