Charlotte's Run - 6 Fenced Acres!
Enjoy time at Charlotte's Run, affectionately called the (Foster) Puppy Farm, where many of the dogs rescued by our 501(c)3 animal welfare nonprofit, Mr. Bones & Co., rehabilitate and decompress before finding forever homes. Booking this Sniffspot helps us save lives and continue our rescue work. Enjoy the wooded trails, gentle rolling fields, swimmable pond and Catskill Mountain views. We encourage and welcome reactive dogs who need the place to themselves, and their humans who love them. Our farm is a safe place for everybody, and every dog. Winding Brook Farm: 15 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park 💕 Every Visit Helps Rescue Animals 💕
Hi! I’m Joanne, and this is my dog Nifty’s favorite place in the world—so I thought I’d share it with other wonderful dogs and their people. We have 15 private acres with woods, open fields, and river access, and it’s been such a gift for my dog to have a safe space to run freely. I know not every dog thrives at dog parks, so I wanted to create a peaceful alternative. This space is especially loved by dogs who need a little extra room or prefer a quieter environment. The property is fenced along the two “long sides” which encourages your dog to stay nearby but with lots of roaming space. The fence is NOT fully secure. Please see the section about fencing. Near the cabin, there’s a cozy seating area where you can relax under the trees while your dog enjoys the space. We’re so happy to share this space with you and your pup! It’s meant to feel simple, calm, and restorative. 🐾 A Space That Gives Back This Sniffspot was created not just for dogs to enjoy, but to make a difference. Net proceeds are donated to animal-focused charities supporting rescue, care, and second chances. When you book here, your pup isn’t just getting a great place to run—you’re also helping other animals find a better life. ❤️

*******WARNING******* HUNTING SEASON BOW 10/1-11/14 RIFLE 11/15-12/7 PLEASE wear bright colors and have something on dogs! There are orange bandanas in Tupperware bin creekside. Bottomless Smells. 100 acre farm. Lots of space for your doggos and you to roam. It is a rustic magical place. Parking is far from the street down a gravel driveway. Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.
