Captain's Retreat at Bear Creek located off Highway 64 in Mocksville! 4.5 acres of fully fenced (woven mesh wire and post/rail 5.5ft to 6ft high) with trails, woods, field, and plenty of room to run and explore! Open the front gate and drive into the secure parking area. ***CLOSE AND LATCH THE GATE BEHIND YOU BEFORE GETTING YOUR DOGS OUT OF THE CAR!*** Walk through gate into the space from the secure parking area. This area has wooded trails as well as cleared areas. Densely wooded areas and thickets all around. TICK PREVENTION IS A MUST! There are no pesticides or herbicides used here. Only natural horticulture vingear for spot weed control. This area is located beside Bear Creek and when the creek is high or after a good rain IT WILL BE MUDDY on the right side of the property! Dry creekbed located across the back of the property. **The Creek is NOT accessible from the fenced property** -Water hose on site for use. Dog shower/bath area to the right of the shed with dog wash hose attached, shampoo, and wash shammy. Or you may bring your own bath supplies! Feel free to give your dog a shower/bath! ***Just added dog pool*** For use at no extra charge! Fill up/use if you'd like! (It's been stored for the fall/winter...but if you would like to use it...please let me know at time of booking) -Dog water bowl, dog brush, toys, treats, human and dog tick spray provided. All located in large deck box inside the gate. -Bring doggy towels in case of mud or bathing! -Porch swing and seating areas with a shed deck, gas grill, picnic table and hammock at the top of the property. -Chair/table area at the bottom of rock trail. At the end of the cleared field is a 2 single seat swing set and hammocks by the bridge. **Stick Library** -**NEW** we have expanded the field area to fence in the hill! Deer Trails at Stone Mountain Unfenced Private Dog Park In Hays

Come and enjoy peace and serenity in the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains. A true private and remote experience. A rare gem in today’s society and one that has to be experienced to truly appreciate the awe and wonder Mother Nature has to share. A breathtaking and revitalizing take on the mountains. Stone Mountain State Park and New River State Park are minutes away. The Cedar Ridge and Flat Rock Ridge Trailheads are 5 minutes from the site which lead to the Basin Creek Trail, part of Doughton Recreation Area. There are several wineries in the area, including Roaring River Vineyards within 15 minutes. This area is also home to the Blue Ridge Parkway, a short 20 minute drive. Wilkesboro, Sparta, and Elkin are within 30-40 minutes and offer lots of excellent restaurants, breweries, and fun things to explore. Several local golf courses are close by. Boone and Blowing Rock are about an hour from this location. Cell service is non-existent at the site but available at the main entrance. Wi-Fi is available for an additional charge; hi-speed and reliable for streaming and/or working remote.

Welcome! Right now its VERY basic. We are looking add on more fun attractions. The booking includes a .25 acre of a fully fenced in area. This area provides ample space to play or just hang out with your dog. We are about 15 minutes outside of down town Winston-Salem. Just far enough away to feel like you are out in the country. Of course, we are bias, but the area is very peaceful. In sharing our land we hope to provide folks with a safe place that you can enjoy watching your dog explore and play. Amenties: - Dog toys / tennis balls, herding ball, and tug toys - Agility obstacles / a small set of cones and poles to jump over - Chairs / 3 lawn chairs - First aid kit / one for humans and one for dogs - Bug Spray - Hand Towels/ to dry off (no worries if they get muddy) - Wet wipes / to clean your dogs muddy paws - Poop Bags Please Note: When using the water hydrant, we are on a well! Because of being on a well we would appreciate you double checking to make sure the water is off before you depart :) We have changed the sniff spot listing slightly. If you aren’t all that good at recall, there’s a fun pasture you can chase your friends in. Lots of space to get all that energy out. Just leave your attitude in the car. This small space is perfect to let your dog run , play, or relax in the sun or shade without the worry of escaping. The .25 acre lot is fully fenced, 4 foot on the lowest side and 6 foot on the highest side. This yard space is the backyard of a house, so be mindful that this is other doggies home as well as your play area! There are other dogs & cats in the neighborhood that roam, so be watch for them as you load and unload your dogs for their playtime. There is a gate on both sides of the house, one accessible from the driveway and the other is on the far left side of the house. For parking, if there is room you can park in the driveway, otherwise you can park on the road in front of the house. 😊

Welcome to Camp-Ruff, a playground for K-9s! 🐾 Give your dog room to run, sniff, explore, and simply be a dog inside our fully fenced, private two-acre property. Camp-Ruff offers plenty of grassy areas, natural trails, interesting smells, and ample shade, making it a wonderful place for dogs to exercise and explore while their humans relax (chairs available). For our human guests, there’s an outhouse available inside the camper, as well as a shaded front porch at the Tiny House with comfortable seating. A water hydrant is available to wash up, refill the dogs’ water bowl or fill the kiddie pool for pups who enjoy cooling off and splashing around. Please remember to turn the hydrant off immediately after use and empty and turn over the water bowls and pool when you’re finished. Need to stay connected while your dog plays? Wi-Fi is available on the property, along with electrical outlets inside the camper and extension cord outside the camper. A little mosquito tip: near dusk the arbor and bench area is generally the best place to relax during mosquito season because of the Cedarcide chips surrounding the area. Since this is a natural, wooded outdoor environment, mosquitoes can still be present, especially after rain. We recommend bringing your favorite bug spray or citronella candles for additional comfort. We hope you and your K-9 enjoy your private time exploring Camp-Ruff! 🐕🌿
