Captain's Retreat at Bear Creek located off Highway 64 in Mocksville! 4.5 acres of fully fenced (woven mesh wire and post/rail 5.5ft to 6ft high) with trails, woods, field, and plenty of room to run and explore! Open the front gate and drive into the secure parking area. ***CLOSE AND LATCH THE GATE BEHIND YOU BEFORE GETTING YOUR DOGS OUT OF THE CAR!*** Walk through gate into the space from the secure parking area. This area has wooded trails as well as cleared areas. Densely wooded areas and thickets all around. TICK PREVENTION IS A MUST! There are no pesticides or herbicides used here. Only natural horticulture vingear for spot weed control. This area is located beside Bear Creek and when the creek is high or after a good rain IT WILL BE MUDDY on the right side of the property! Dry creekbed located across the back of the property. **The Creek is NOT accessible from the fenced property** -Water hose on site for use. Dog shower/bath area to the right of the shed with dog wash hose attached, shampoo, and wash shammy. Or you may bring your own bath supplies! Feel free to give your dog a shower/bath! ***Just added dog pool*** For use at no extra charge! Fill up/use if you'd like! (It's been stored for the fall/winter...but if you would like to use it...please let me know at time of booking) -Dog water bowl, dog brush, toys, treats, human and dog tick spray provided. All located in large deck box inside the gate. -Bring doggy towels in case of mud or bathing! -Porch swing and seating areas with a shed deck, gas grill, picnic table and hammock at the top of the property. -Chair/table area at the bottom of rock trail. At the end of the cleared field is a 2 single seat swing set and hammocks by the bridge. **Stick Library** -**NEW** we have expanded the field area to fence in the hill! A place where all dogs get to be dogs. There is plenty of space for your dogs to run off-leash. Great place for frisbee or chuck it. Head into the woods and you will access the creeks. Rubber boots are highly recommended to enjoy the full experience. It's not likely your dog will be able to get to the road but there is no preventing a dog from taking off into the woods. My pack is available should your dog need socializing or just playmates.

A large enclosed area on an organic vegetable farm. I built this fire my dogs but am happy to share. Your dog can have the run of the place or I can add one or two of my friendly hounds to play with. Stay for a few minutes or a few days.

There is a gate between the 2 yards On other side by back porch, is a fenced in area with trees for shade. The property is 4 acres, maybe 1/2 acre of that is fenced in, 4 different sections. You will access to all the fenced in areas because I will only book 1 dog family at a time

Hi there! Lake Dayz for Dogz offers a fully fenced front yard as well as 1 acre total of roaming land with beach access to the lake as well as a dock to jump off of! We will also provide life jackets for dogs if requested. For the dogs not to comfortable with the lake we have a kiddie pool and a hose than can be set up for use if you want! We have towels if needed just let me know as well! Lake Dayz for Dogz will become your dogs new favorite spot!

Silent H Acres is almost an acre fenced spot for your dog to go sniffing, running, fetching, and discovering. There are toys to play with (frisbees, tug rope, tennis balls, etc) and sticks to fetch. The grass ranges from 2” mowed, to 4” natural, up to about 12+ inches. A smattering of trees and two sitting areas for you - the gray Adirondack chairs are a bit too heavy to move, but feel free to move the red ones anywhere you would like. ***We will be adding a couple of agility exercise areas for your dog in the next few days. Toward the front of the field, I have mowed a curvy type of track in case you want to work on guided leash training. For you, we will keep a track around the perimeter of the fence mowed so you can use it for a walking track. PLEASE NOTE, the electric fence is DISCONNECTED. We bought this property for our dogs, and have invested heavily in creating an off-leash haven for them. We have 3 separately fenced areas that all connect by gates. Entry to Cody and Lovey's Legacy park is through what we call the "Sniff Lounge" - a lean-to type covered porch filled with straw to roll and dig in, and lots of smells to uncover. The Sniff Lounge leads to the lightly wooded Explorium - a shaded area with hanging food puzzle toys, barrels, and natural obstacles for dogs to explore. The Explorium leads to our Green Space - a large, open fenced yard with shade and sun, a pool, and some additional obstacles, jumps, a homemade creek and waterfall and a tunnel. You and your dog are welcome to use the pool, but please be aware that there is no dog ramp. You will have to help your dog navigate the stairs to get out. Do not use the pool if you are not willing to get in with your dog! We have the homemade creek and waterfall (just turn the hose nozzle on) and a baby pool for dogs who can't get in the human pool. At the back of the Green Space, you'll see another gate that leads to the Wooded Grove. The Wooded Grove is also fully fenced and has a couple trails cut in to the woods, with some chairs to relax in. The Wooded Grove is not large, but dogs love it, and it feels so nice and cool even on super hot days. It's a place for dogs to get their Sniff on for sure. Cody and Lovey's Legacy Park is named in honor of our past friends, who would have really enjoyed this wonderful spot.

I will always inspect the fencing before your arrival due to deer that like to jump across our fencing. Trash & Amenities: The trash can and other amenities are in the black cabinet inside the carport. Seating: We have a table and four chairs in the bamboo/shaded area in the very back if you would like to have a picnic off the ground. At any time, you can request more seating. In addition, we have a bench inside the carport. Fence: The fence is four feet on three sides and five feet on the road side. The front fence is wood slats/split rail with wire. On other sides we have wire and chain link. *There are critters that like to lift up our wire fencing. Just beware if you have a tiny dog.* Wildlife: You may see snakes, rabbits, deer, and squirrels. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. * We see hawks occasionally. Please watch your little dogs* Grounds: It is a hilly and lumpy so be careful where you step. Even though it is all grass, we have mowed trails and shortcuts that should help you walk through our fields. Watch out for fire ants! Water: You have access to our well and a large water bowl.
