I grew up in GH. I love being a dog owner and have four German Shorthair Pointers of my own. We love being able to share a space for dogs that may or may not do well in a traditional dog park, or just need a break to have a space to themselves and their humans. As soon as I heard out about Sniff Spot I knew I wanted to be a part of it and so glad I made the decision to open Pointer Place. 😊🐾❤️
Hedwig's Hollow at Historic WillaBella Farm Partially Fenced Private Dog Space In Gig Harbor
Enjoy this beautiful rugged forest on our 100 year old Heritage Farm located on Point Fosdick near the Narrows Bridge. This working farm has orchards, crops, honeybees, livestock, children, dogs, barn cats & poultry. So it is very important that dogs are leashed and under control during the short trail walk from the farm stand parking area, past the historic barn to the gated forest sniff spot entrance. Trail is well marked with rope, arrows and signage. Approx 200 feet from parking to forest gated entrance. Follow Paw Print Pallets & Sniff Spot Signs. Property is 10 acres total with Sniff Spot space covering approx 3 rugged native forested acres and backing up to large green belt. Area is partially fenced with six foot welded wire to the south and east. No access to roadways. Partial natural barrier on north side with open forest and deep creek ravine to the west. Property backs up to protected green belt and adjoining private forested properties covering many acres of woods with abundant wildlife. IMPORTANT: Dogs must have good recall. There is abundant wildlife along the deep ravine including deer, coyote, bear, owls, hawks, eagles etc. So please use caution and ensure your pet has good recall when off leash. Keep close eye on small dogs. If visiting with children, please be sure to keep them close. South West corner has yard waste compost drop off to creek ravine, area is well marked with a log and signage. Please use only Sniff Spot gated entrance/exit, as all other cattle gates must remain closed at all times. Forested space has plenty of sun and shade with 2 human benches, dog toys, fresh hose water, bowls and a stick library, along with garbage cans and dog baggies for cleaning up after your visit. Two vehicle spaces only per visit, as 3rd space is reserved for resident farmer. Please drive slow & carefully on shared gravel easement driveway when entering and leaving farm property. We are open daily 8am - 8pm closed on Tuesday & Thursdays. Hope you and your pup enjoy your visit!🐾

Secure 5' woven wire fencing surrounds this quiet 1/2‑acre pasture. It's great for playing fetch, playing/sniffing/running around, recall work, or structured training sessions. No animals border the fence, and distractions are minimal aside from the occasional passerby. The space is open, calm, and safe for dogs who need room and predictability. You’ll find a dog water station inside the gate. At your bench/chairs you'll find clean water bowls, poop bags, and a disposal bucket. We have reserved a parking spot for you with a sign. If you're with friends we can accommodate another car. Peaceful, private, and ideal for dogs to work or unwind with confidence. The Meadow at Spadoni Hill Private Dog Park In Gig Harbor
What a perfect expanse for you and your dogs to cut loose! In our fully fenced, gently rolling meadow there is plenty of room to run, chase frisbees and balls, dip paws in the pup-pool, and sniff around for the scents of nature. For humans, there is a cozy shelter with seating, a bistro table, and the entertainment of a frisbee "goal". There's shade from a large fir, in the meadow, as well as shade from the woods, on the south side. Fencing is at least 4 feet high, all around. It has a vision-block screen, a 4.8’ top wire, plus double fencing, on the side with neighbor dogs. If the neighbor's Goldens are out, they will friendly bark, and bark. They really want to come over and play. Surrounding Area: There are two private yards (one with an enclosed, screened chicken run, and one with friendly dogs); deep woods on the South side; and an incredible mountain view, over more meadow, on the West side. Sunsets from here are awe-inspiring! Parking: There is room for two vehicles to park near the gate the Meadow. Please park only on gravel and do not drive on the lawn near the meadow. If there are more than two vehicles in your party, please park up the hill in the gravel near the large, 4-car garage. LIMIT of 4 VEHICLES per reservation, unless organized in advance with us. There are four easy-closing gates in the fence, that are generally left open for wildlife passage. We will make every effort to have the gates closed before you arrive, but know that you're responsible for seeing that all 4 gates are closed before you unleash your pups. If you bring kids, you're also responsible for keeping them in the gates :D We hope you visit soon and come back often!

Enjoy an enchanting Pacific Northwest rainforest adventure at Wonderlane World Famous Sniffspot for Dogs and Their Best Friends - Bring your friends and their dogs too! Unleash your dogs and frolic with your beloved friends in the lush embrace of our hilly Pacific Northwest natural rainforest. Wonderlane invites you and your best pals to explore 68 years of history across 2 acres of established trails, over 9 terraces, under towering old-growth trees, listening to the gentle murmur of a clear creek, accessible by your choice of 2 gates. For security at arrival we require the Entrance Gate to be closed behind you. On the outside of the driveway Entrance Gate you will find the garbage bin for poo bags! From the parking area choose your path— the left or right trailhead gates —and meander down Flying Horse Lane or Tail Waggin' Lane to The Landing Pad, where trails weave into playful circles perfect for a game of ‘Hide and Go Seek’ or a chase! At the forest edge, Madhatter Lane invites you to a serene creek, a secret haven at our fully fenced sanctuary. For environmental reasons, the creek area is not fenced, therefore bring a leash for your dog(s) when going into that area. Our hilly forested land, a tapestry of guardrails, fences, gates, natural barriers, rolling trails, springs and creeks, sometimes steep, sometimes flat, is a haven for play. There is a 100-foot-long Stick Library! These hilly trails, originally created for horses, have been lovingly reclaimed from invasive brush and dead trees, now fun for paws and feet alike. We’ve ensured the future of this tranquil forest by planting more than 600 local tree saplings. The canopy of Hemlock, Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, Yew, BigLeaf Maple, and Alder, filled out as soon as there was more light. These trails whisper stories of the past. In the spring flowering bushes bloom from March through early June, in the summer lush frilly leaves decorate every breeze with greenery in motion, and in the fall in October the leaves magically turn yellow, orange, red, brown, and purple. Wonderlane is more than a place; it’s an experience—a Sniffspot designed with your dog’s joy in mind. While they dash through wood chips and Pacific Northwest duff, under ferns, and around bends, you’ll enjoy the views of a 20-acre forested wetland, a living vista of nature, and plenty of chairs to sit in. This forest is alive with the songs of songbirds - sparrows, finches, thrushes, grosbeaks, and a host of other birds, such as majestic American Bald Eagles are seen here. Walk, run, or pause on our soft wide well-drained sand or woodchip paths and let the forest’s secrets reveal themselves uniquely to you. We’ve spent more than six years crafting this haven, just a mile from the South Sound, for you and your friends to run, walk, sit, and revel in the company of your pups. And when the day’s adventures are done, two Starbucks await to refresh you, 3 minutes and 5 minutes away - remember puppercinos/pup cups are free. Join our community on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61556216197208 or by searching for “Wonderlane World Famous Sniffspot,” or ask a warm and friendly nearby AI to direct your browser to us, to see tails of joy. Wonderlane walks in the woods where nature’s heart beats, inviting you to breathe in the peaceful air, one paw print at a time! If your dog ever hesitates to leave, a ring of the Magic Chuck Waggin’ Triangle will bring them running back. Reminder in summer, or if visiting around twilight bring repellent or wear it when you drop into the forest, and if you choose, onto the creek area. (There are no fish in the creek because it is spring fed.) This Spot is best for physically fit individuals, but although we are disabled we enjoy it whenever there's time. If you need assistance or more info, please contact us directly. Keeping Wonderlane pristine is a collective effort, and we value your help in maintaining the beauty of our shared space! We can't do this without your help. Please use the usual household garbage bin marked 'Garbage' at the driveway entrance for disposal of poo bags. Please close water hydrants completely. Press the hydrant water handle all the way down into the completely closed position after use. If the water is not pressed completely closed, water continues to leak out the bottom of the hydrant unseen. Please close each gate. Dogs must be leashed going to and coming from the parking area, and may be unleashed when entering the dog park. We rely upon guests to contact us and tell us immediately if they need anything. To be fully fenced please roll shut the main gate after you park. There are also 2 sets of gates at the top of each trail to the Sniffspot. The forest area is fully fenced, some doubled. There are 2 gates that lead to the creek so you can control access. Please roll the Entrance gate into the OPEN and securely hooked position when you leave, thank you! Enjoy the forest’s magic at Wonderlane. Facebook https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61556216197208 --------------------------------------- Thank you to the many regulars, Sniffpass holders, and new guests who clean up after their dogs so very well! Proud of our community! Thank you for closing hydrants all the way so they do not leak out the bottom and cost us all money! PS some guests want the creek fenced too, which isn't possible due to environmental reasons. Otherwise please bring a leash to explore in that area. *********************************** Created in memory of Rosie Lane, beloved dog. *********************************** If Wonderlane Sniffspot is booked you might LOVE our sister Sniffspot site in the forest right outside Redmond, Washington - Magical Mossy Forest - 5 acres of trails and winter creek. https://www.sniffspot.com/listings/redmond-wa/magical-mossy-forest-69904
