This is a dog paradise, with plenty of room to run and play, a pond to swim and lots of spots for your dog to sniff! There are chickens and cows that dogs can NOT chase, but feel free to look at! There is a nice mixture of both sunny and shaded areas. Your dog(s) can run, sniff, roll and play to their heart's content. There is a dog waste station with bags near the entrance. We have 2 water stations and 3 baskets filled with toys and treats for your pet. For the humans, we have 4 different seating areas. An open area on the patio with 4 tables and chairs and an umbrella that you can open/close depending on your preference. You can relax in the firepit area which has 5 Adirondack chairs. Waste bags are provided in the basket as well. The third seating area is on the raised back porch which is also covered. It has an outdoor love seat, chairs and a hammock and provides a nice spot to sit and watch your dogs. We have seasonal water features (a kiddie pool and splash pad) and an agility course in the near future. Our goal is to provide a clean safe space where your dog(s) can have a pawsitive experience. 🐾 Welcome to Our 10+ Acre Dog Adventure! 🌳🐶 Hi, I’m a lifelong animal lover, and I’m excited to share our little piece of the country with other dogs and their humans! Our property is home to 6 dogs, a cat, chickens, ducks, and a horse, so animals are truly part of our everyday life. ❤️ We have 10+ acres for your pup to explore, including open pasture, wooded areas, and trails where they can sniff, roam, play, and burn off some of that extra energy. Think of it as a little country getaway for your dog—a chance to get out of the backyard and experience new sights, smells, and adventures! 🐕 Open pasture for running and playing 🌲 Wooded areas for exploring and sniffing 🥾 Trails for a little adventure 🌾 10+ acres to enjoy Your dog’s safety is extremely important to me. Please keep your dog inside the designated closed-fenced areas at all times. The property is home to other animals, including livestock, so staying within the closed fences helps keep everyone safe and allows your pup to enjoy their visit worry-free. I know how special our dogs are because I have six of my own! My goal is to provide a fun, peaceful, and spacious place where dogs can simply be dogs. 🐾 Come Run. Explore. Sniff. Play. Repeat. 🐾 Your pup gets the adventure… and hopefully you get a very tired, happy dog afterward! 😉

Jemma's Private 23 Acre Unfenced Fields of Doggy Joy near Kansas City

My husband and I bought this beautiful 23 acres with ambitions to have family friendly venue in the future with gardens and animals. But for now while we get all our ducks in a row we would love you to use it to spoil your dog for a running free experience. We have streams beds on both sides of the property, they are the property boundary to the east and north. The rock island trail runs on the south west corner section. Property has access to the trail. Its a beautiful place to have a walk ending with a picnic with your pets. The property isnt fenced in. So your dog must have recall, lease or electric collar for response. Perfect place to train hunting dogs. But please use your own decoys and leave our wild critters live. Very safe place to take your dog for exercise or training. Be kind and pick up after yourself and dogs. Might want to bring tick spray for both you and your dogs.

Peaceful Pup Paradise

Nice large, open yard for lots of running around. Quiet setting with frequent deer sightings. We have hummingbird and bird feeders that are much visited. We have native plants that attract many butterflies. There is a kiddie pool for the dogs to splash in, seasonally. There are multiple seating areas for humans in both sunny and shady spots: a glider at the back of the yard by the pool, seating in the garden and ample seating on the large deck with another glider. Please feel free to utilize the deck. We do not enter the sunroom that is up against the deck when guests are here. Enjoy the hammock and saucer swing. The Sniffspot box has everything you need including toys and towels to dry off after a satisfying splash in the pool. We are constantly updating and improving our yard to make it as beautiful and fun as possible.
