We have 2 fire pits, 3 hammocks, and lots of chairs at your disposal. For your babies we have a box of toys and dog hammocks. If you are there you will likely meet Phil. He is the local lake dog. He is a friendly beagle that walks the lake several times a day. He cannot get on the fence. He doesn't want in the fence. He just wants to complete his walk. Please do not try to rescue him. He has a loving home. During the winter the water is off to our camper. This means no toilet until spring. You will see tons of wildlife which includes deer, foxes, beavers, turkey, and every bird native to Missouri. The 3 gates are cattle panels with 4 inch squares. A smaller dog could get through.

You’re welcome to enjoy the property, relax on the porch, and use our indoor restrooms during your visit. We just ask that guests do not enter other indoor areas unless invited. Triple 7 Equine is an active horse boarding facility, so horses, boarders, staff, and visitors may be on the property at any time. Dogs are welcome to run and explore, but they MUST stay away from all horses at all times. Please never allow your dog to approach, chase, bark at, or enter an area occupied by horses. Our property is not fenced, so please keep this in mind when deciding whether it is appropriate for your dog. Otherwise, make yourself at home, let your pups stretch their legs, and enjoy some time in the country! We’re happy to share our little piece of the farm with you. Please note that we do have a horse obstacle course, the dogs are free to use it as long as someone on a horse is not using it.

We are a family of 4 with 2 pups of our own that strives to make a great experience for you and your pup to enjoy time with nature! We are off-road in a pasture, which makes for a beautiful and serene landscape while letting your pup get some energy out! Fully fenced 1 acre with plenty of toys, shade, and sitting areas, both you and your pups are sure to have a great time! For the pups, we have water, tennis balls, rope pulls, agility fun and large toy balls! For the humans, we have benches, a hammock chair in one corner, a full hammock in another corner (hammocks are in storage bin), a swing bench up front and a picnic table in the center! In the storage bin is hand sanitizer, poo bags, and band aids as well. (Please note that the hammocks are kept in the storage unit in the park. Feel free to set them up if you would like to use them!) Come out and get your steps in while, taking in the scenery and watching your pup play with excitement! See you soon! John's 12 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Pleasant Valley Clay county Missouri

John's dog park is located in Clay county Missouri you go through pleasant valley to get to it. It is surrounded by Kansas City claycomo and pleasant valley but the sniff spot is actually located in Clay county Missouri it's his split by shoal Creek it has some deep areas and shallow areas for different sized dogs I am in the middle of setting up barbecue grills bonfire pits lighting it has asphalt off the road parking and you can drive your car all the way down to the spot in the woods so no need to worry about it being parked or ticketed on a city road. John's dog park is an excellent mix of the country without the drive to the country right in the middle of the city. On John's dog Park trails you also see deer turkey rabbits squirrels and much much more. There are nice cut trails to walk you and your dog will have a wonderful experience and I believe your dog well enjoy trails the timber the wide openness and the ability to run swim and play all while not being bothered by people for not having a leash although that is at your discretion and the safety of you and your dog is at your own risk although John's dog park is a very safe place to go. The property is located at the last house on a dead end road from there a private road that goes back into the woods that is asphalted and gated there's grass trees thicket mold stereos creeks waterways plenty of sunlight or shade if you need. I believe once you try it out once you will be hooked and really enjoy the property as I do myself it is always mode very nicely and cleaned up with the help of my patrons please pick up all trash and there are doggie bags provided for feces to throw in the trash We look forward to seeing you and appreciate the opportunity to make you and your canine happy Thank you sincerely, John Carter

You’ll pass a historic two-story red barn built in 1890, blooming apple trees, bee hives, horse stable (with horse and sheep), and family house to this restored, historic 1890s main house. Beautiful native trees and a historic stone smokehouse. Sky-blue chicken coop and free ranging (fenced in) chickens. Look out the east for a beautiful view of the nearby stream. Additional viewable structures include a corn shed, two line sheds, outhouse and grain bins. The entrance to this unique property is secured with an electronic gate.
