We offer not one, but two very large, fully fenced-in backyards where your dog can safely explore, get their zoomies out, or simply relax in the sunshine. Whether your pup is high-energy or more laid-back, our space is perfect for all personalities. You’re welcome to enjoy either yard or both during your visit, making it ideal for multiple dogs or just giving your pup a fun change of scenery! To keep everyone cool and comfortable, we provide a kiddie pool for splashing, along with fresh water bottles and towels for your convenience. We truly want every visit to feel easy, relaxing, and special. At Katherine & Jeremy’s Dog Kingdom, our goal is to create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where dogs can be dogs—and owners can feel completely at ease. We are offering our back fully fenced backyard( mostly 6 foot privacy fence, but 1 side is a 4 foot wire pasture fence). Driveway goes through a pasture gate . You can drive right into the back yard, latch the gate, and let your doggy go wild! Approx. .5 acre of mowed lawn . 1 mature tree for shade. Also 1 chair for their humans to sit in and enjoy watching their dog run wild! My neighbor to the north has 3 pasture dogs that run their yard after 4pm during the week and on the weekends. They cannot get through the fence though.

Hideaway Trails Retreat

Hideaway Trails Retreat is 5 acre half of a fully fenced 10 acre area. There is no fence with the neighboring parcel which is separated by beautiful Florida wild. There is a parking area near the hosts house. Beyond that is trails and forest for our furry friends to play and explore! For now the retreat does occasionally get visited by a friendly free roaming neighbor dog. So if you want a truly private area without interruption, we cannot guarantee that experience until we are able to complete a future fence dividing the neighboring 5 acre parcel.

Please note this is the host’s contact only and not Sniffspot customer support. Welcome to my spot. I’m thrilled to share this space with you and your pup(s). This space was created for one simple reason. Dogs deserve a place where they can truly be dogs. Run freely, sniff everything, roll in the grass, and enjoy off-leash time without stress or crowds. I am fortunate to have the space, and I wanted to share it with other dog lovers who may not have access to a large, safe area for their dogs to run. Hearing that dogs leave here happy and tired genuinely makes my day. Guests are welcome to use the driveway and drive all the way back to the designated parking area near the back structure for convenient access to the field. A water faucet is available on the east side of the back building for guest use. Guests are welcome to bring their own water bowls or kiddie pools. The property is enclosed with field fencing. While it has safely contained the dogs we’ve had here, very small dogs or young puppies should be supervised, as with any outdoor fenced area. Some areas include visual barriers and natural vegetation to help reduce outside distractions, so dogs can relax and enjoy safe off-leash freedom. Please note that the area immediately surrounding our home, enclosed by a white vinyl fence, is not part of the Sniffspot. This space houses our chickens and ducks, so you may occasionally hear quacking or squawking, along with normal household activity as we care for our animals. The designated Sniffspot area remains private and separate for guest use. This spot is best suited for dogs who enjoy open space, exploring, and having room to move at their own pace. It works well for playtime, decompression, training, or simply letting your dog enjoy quiet freedom. Please note that this is a natural outdoor space. You may encounter uneven ground, insects, wildlife typical of Florida, and occasional ant mounds despite ongoing management. Early morning visits can be dewy, so rain boots or waterproof footwear are recommended. For visits after dusk, insect spray or long sleeves are advised due to mosquitoes. Florida weather can be unpredictable. If rain or an unexpected situation affects your visit, please message me as soon as possible and I’m happy to work with you when feasible. Welcome! We offer an 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gated property in rural Clermont. We have an automatic watering system with two drinking bowls and a dog activated sprinkler. When you tire of throwing tennis balls, get out of the heat in our outdoor Living Room. This covered spot has seating for four people. We also have a hammock and several swings. Bring quarters to feed our goats a snack. Use the provided stainless steel bowl to collect goat treats from the machine. Please note: This is a farm. Our goats are safely contained in another pasture and will not be near your dog(s). While here, you may see chickens, turkeys, cows, tortoises, hawks, barn cats, and more.
