We're a 1 acre property tucked into a little corner of rural area off of 39 in Zephyrhills. The area is bustling with farm life. We have some areas that are sunny and some that are shaded. It's relatively quiet, but does have moments of farm activity. Some of the wildlife that you may see in the area are: Sandhill Cranes, Red Cardinals, Bluejays, Catbirds, Pileated Woodpeckers, Eastern Gray Squirrels, Black Vultures, and Red Shoulder Hawks. Some of the farm life you may see/hear: horses, chickens, emus, peacocks, goats, pigs, donkeys, feral cats, and cows. We have folding chairs, a porch swing, and a tree swing available to you to relax in. We offer fresh water and a bowl for your dog, if needed. And we have a small trash bucket available. There are areas of soft grass throughout the yard, and shade trees to sit under, in either of the 2 zero-gravity chairs that are under the shade trees, while the dogs play. There’s a porch swing on the porch that’s available to use, as well as a speaker for music (must connect to your phone and use spotify, youtube, etc…) There’s a solar charging cable for use, to charge your electronic devices while you play/relax and several types of bug-deterrents available, if needed. (Fly swatter, bug spray, etc..) Also available for usage are 2 sizes of wading pools (small & large), a fun water sprinkler, a small basket with a variety of dog toys, poo bags, baby wipes (for furry butts or hands), clean towels, water bowls and a spray nozzle hose (for rinsing off your pets/hands/feet).
