Play Ball! Dog Club is a private use, canine enrichment field (fenced) located on the beautiful campus of St. Richard's Episcopal Church in the heart of Winter Park (32792/Seminole County) - minutes from Baldwin Park, Audubon Park, Winter Park proper, Maitland, and College Park. The Club field was designed (and is managed by) a local, professional dog trainer as a private use, dog park "alternative" where dogs can meet their exercise and enrichment needs off-leash in the company of their people ONLY while enjoying multiple amenities and activities. Private use visits combined with the location of field, entrance gate, and designated Club parking, as well as privacy screening of Club fencing, are designed to ensure minimal encounters with others dogs or people (within vicinity/outside Club). Private use/visits are limited to maximum of *3 "registered" dogs and 3 guests from SAME household per visit. Dogs must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. At least one (1) Club Guest must be an adult (18 years of age or older). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Club field and on campus. *Field use/visits by unregistered dogs, unregistered guests, and between dogs from different households is NOT permitted. The Club is NOT an open access dog park. *Limited exceptions to this policy may be considered - not guaranteed - by Club Manager and must be approved in advance by Club Manager. New guests and their "registered" pup(s) are required to meet with Club Manager on their 1st visit for a 5 minute orientation. Returning guests will - after their 3rd visit - receive a unique gate code for "unassisted" gate access as well as ability to contact Club Manager to open time slots within the restricted early morning & early evening schedules. The whole front & sides of the property is fenced. The backyard by the pond/lake isn’t fenced. But the dogs usually stay in the front. Lots of areas for dog parent to sit & enjoy flower garden. Property has 3 chickens in a fenced in coop.

Our yard is fully fenced! We maintain a few small fruit trees and a little garden, which you can enjoy any of the fruit and veggies from. We have a basic set of agility equipment, which you can set out and move as you wish. It is usually on the porch with the hammock, but may already be out in the yard.

We are a dog hotel, offering our indoor, heated pool for Sniffspot guests. We have an indoor (human) restroom, life vests for the dogs, pool toys, towels for drying off, and ear cleaner available for your use. Cool off on our 1600 square foot pool patio and pool. The open air pool features a shallow step entry, perfect for easy access for dogs of all sizes - and goes to 6 feet deep. One table is under cover, perfect if you need a break from the heat. The pool area is fenced in, but small dogs may be able to walk through the fencing. An inventory of all toys is taken before and after each Guest visit. Missing, damaged or lost toys will be charged to you at $10 per item, and you will be expected to pay for it before the end of your visit either by Cash, CashApp, or Zelle. Please supervise your dog(s) and do not allow them to dig holes in our yard. There is a kiddie pool filled with sand in the far right corner of the yard, and that is the only place your dog(s) are allowed to dig. Any holes dug or any damage done to our yard, pool, patio, or yard furniture will immediately be reported to Sniffspot, and you will be banned from returning to this spot. Do not urinate in the pool or in the yard. A guest bathroom is located inside our home that you are welcome to use. Please know that there are 5 working and monitored surveillance cameras that take video clips of everything you, your dog(s) and any guest you may bring with you are doing while you are on our property and by booking at Pepper's Backyard you all acknowledge and agree to being video recorded.

****Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an tadditional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation.
